The last few days were a bit intense, today was full of check ins keeping my clients informed on how the day was unfolding. Do you know what a ripple deal is other than STRESSFUL! Our adventure was Vancouver buyers purchasing a farm in Cherry Creek, Cherry Creek people buying my clients place in Clinton and my Clinton sellers purchasing in Barriere. All hanging on Vancouver people’s subjects coming off, and both unconditional sales going through so Clinton and Barriere could complete. Yes! Confusing! There were lots of working parts to these deals but I believe we pulled through for our clients. Hard to see people have extra dress waiting for 11th hour subject removals...especially when you absolutely adore them. We were down to hourly check ins. When I finally received the subject removals I found out my clients were eating at our local Central Cafe so I couldn’t resist delivering the news in person. After the intensity we had to break our 6ft rule carefully❤️ Congratulations 🥳 I am so happy to of been able to support this family in the beginning of their new journey.
