ย ย ย ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ proving to be more of a challenge than vittoria had expected. when people called her by her new name, she had to remember to answer. when asked where she was from, the answer that she gave had to be the cut and clear story thatโd sheโd been force fed over and over on the hours long plane ride. every thing about her childhood was erased and all she had left of her life was her mother and her vivid imagination. the latter was currently playing tricks on her mind as she settled into town, feeling as if she was seeing a familiar face everywhere that she went. the odds of someone that she knew was being in this barely-there blip on the map montana town was slim to none, so she brushed it off. until tonight. late night grocery runs had become a more and more frequent thing for tori as she realised just how heavily she underestimated having to cook for herself. strolling idly through the nearly empty aisles just minutes before closing, knowing every employee was only being polite because they had to, the town interloper searched out the items on her list.
ย ย ย ย admittedly, before sheโd come to the us, tori hadnโt boiled a pot of water let alone cooked an entire meal or even gone shopping. everything had been done for her and she missed it. sighing, forcing herself not to think about what she could no longer have, the brunette was violently pulled back to the moment in front of her when her carriage collided with another.ย ย ย ย ย โย ย ย shit, iโm so so- oh. itโs you.ย ย ย โย ย ย her mouth moved faster than her brain could keep up, but on muscle memory, she felt like she knew him. those eyes were hard to forget and she was sure that sheโd seen him all week: in the hardware store, at the park, down the street from her new house as she moved in. something about him felt old, though, like she knew him from a past life and couldnโt quite figure out why.ย ย ย ย โย ย ย do you always uhm... get your groceries this late or are you just following me?ย ย ย โย ย ย ย the heavy lilt of her accent made her words lazily mesh together, head cocking to the side as she wondered what his answer would be. her paranoia was truly beginning to eat away at her sanity. // @bcginxโ
