There are smoky BBQ flavors and hearty chili goodness in this BBQ Chili Explosion, which is a hit with everyone and makes them want more. Great for cozy get-togethers or parties on game day.
Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef. 1 large onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup chili powder. 1 tablespoon cumin. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup beef broth. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for garnish. Sour cream for garnish. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef in a large pot. Put in the minced garlic and diced onions. Saut until the onions become clear. Add the kidney beans, pinto beans, and black beans and mix them in. BBQ sauce, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper should all be added. Combine well. Add the beef broth and slowly bring the chili to a boil. Turn down the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Stir it every now and then. Add shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions on top of the hot dish to serve. Enjoy how many different tastes this BBQ chili has!
