These bright tie-dye BBQ ribs with a tasty dry rub and a sweet BBQ sauce glaze are a great way to celebrate the 4th of July. These ribs will be the star of your Independence Day feast because they are the perfect mix of sweet and smoky.
Ingredients: 4 lbs pork ribs. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp paprika. 1 tbsp garlic powder. 1 tbsp onion powder. 1 tbsp brown sugar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dry rub. Rub the dry mixture over the ribs, ensuring even coverage. Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and rub to coat. Place ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 30 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve an even char. Brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs and continue grilling for an additional 15-20 minutes, basting with sauce intermittently. Check for doneness ribs should have a nice char and be tender on the inside. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
