petepetepete's questions for me were:

1. You can only listen to one song, right now (LBR, I will never tell anybody they can only listen to one song for the rest of their lives. That would be mean). What’s the song, and why?

All of Me by John Legend. I think it’s the best love song on the market; it’s short, it’s simple, it’s wonderful, and it’s not a lot of I-would-die-without-you-omgggg.

2. Where’s somewhere that you haven’t visited, but would like to visit?

Hawaii. I’ve been fascinated with it since I was a kid, but if I go, I want to go for a long time and stay somewhere perfect, so it’ll have to wait until all the monies.

3. What’s something from the rest of the animal kingdom that you wish you could do? (for example: prehensile tail, ability to molt, fly, whatever)

I think controllable chromatophores would be awesome. I could turn colors or blend into walls! I could be the best supersekritspy ever! And think of all the money I’d save on makeup.

4. Despite her undeniable talent, do you believe that Nicki Minaj’s face is the last thing you’re going to see before you die?

Don’t be silly, Pete, that—wait…wait, Nicki…Nicki, NO DON’T!

5. No hate, here: what’s a fandom that you just don’t quite get?

I’m just not feeling Jpop fandom right now. I like the music! But everyone looks 12 to me so when people post omg-they’re-so-hot posts, I’m like, “Bzuh?” Maybe that means I’m getting old.

6. Dinner or dessert?

Depends on if I have a raging sweetooth or saltooth. But probs 8/10, I want dessert. I just know I shouldn’t so I don’t.

7. Sunrise or sunset?

There’s something special about sunrises. But they mean I’ve either gone to bed way too late or gotten up way too early so I don’t see them much.

8. You don’t have to go into specifics: do you ever wish you hadn’t posted something on social media?

I think everyone has had at least one of these moments. If it’s that bad, the joy of the internet is that you can delete it. I try not to delete stuff, though, just for posterity’s sake.

9. Have you ever had to stop being friends with someone, and if so, do you regret it?

Yes and yes. But sometimes you have to do it for both your sakes, you know?

10. Have you ever been surprised by developing a crush on someone?

Yes, Strangely Attractive Guy in culinary school. He was not my type at all and yet I developed a pretty healthy crush. There was something about him, tho, because 90% of the class was into him and that includes the straight boys.

11. You’re at a petting zoo: what’s the first animal you go for?

The fluffiest! That usually means sheep. I hate the way they make my hands smell but the lanolin makes them so soft after and they have fur you can grab handfuls of and hold on and they don’t mind.

Went to dinner at Chili's.  It was underwhelming.  My chicken was dry and the waiter was slooooow and Amy's Long Island Iced Tea tasted mostly like rum.

Fucked up my shoulder again somehow.  I took something for it before the movie but it came back with a vengeance during dinner and more pills didn't help so I called an early night.
