I CANNOT believe I'm saying this, but the 1 point, *1*, the 2012 He-Man comic gets from me is treating how Cringer reacts to becoming the last of his pride, because not even his backstory episode in the 1983 cartoon (Battlecat) reflects on the fact that Baby Cringer, when found by kid Adam, IS AN ORPHAN!?!
That was the DC run of the comics, right?
I do have my complaints about that run of the comics, but one thing they did do right is give their male characters (even the pets) a lot of attention and depth
