GOING FOR GOLD. Had a blast of a show last night at #HolidayMarket. Today is my last show of 2018 at #EnamelMarket in Glendale, CA. While it's fun to make sales I'm really going to focus on the stuff that makes shows fun: other people. Inspiring artists who make amazing characters and goods, a savvy crowd who enjoys designer toys and art, and last but not least good showrunners who look after their artists and make sure we're a-ok. I won't be seeing these people for months so I'm going really soak it all in today and enjoy some of the folks who make my creative world so special. ... Also I forgot one of my two Battle Boko GOLD GOD Edition figures behind (didn't make it to DesignerCon) so there will be one available at today's show from 11am-5pm. Part of me hopes no one buys him because I love gold figures and he'd fit nicely on my mantle. Don't think I'll offer him next year but wanted to be fair to give one last chance before I greedily tuck him away forever. BWAHAHAHAAAAA!

Over the past 2 years I've heard many inspiring comparisons (one of the oddest and most delightful being Jojo's Bizarre Adventure) to Boko the Destroyer and Ter’r the Conqueror. Boko makes his 3rd appearance at @designercon this Friday at VIP night but for the first time he’ll be rockin’ GOLD!
