That's true. Yet somehow, Ad*m Dr*ver, the most melodramatic actor with anxiety in Hollywood, manages to host it entirely too frequently. (This is a burn on Ad*m Dr*ver from someone with crippling anxiety that is socially and professionally debilitating, but like, not because I just get great opportunities thrown at me only to storm out of them in a huff because of entitlement, not a burn on People With Anxiety. Obviously everyone's manifests differently, etc. I just... find Ad*m Dr*ver exhausting.)

Greetings Gothmother, I was wondering what your thoughts were on the Chvrches cover of “Bela Lugosi’s Dead”? I know you like to cover spooky in all places and it was the closing credits of a teen vamp film.
Oh right, that was on the closing credits of Vampire Academy, wasn’t it? (I loved the headmistress’ outfits, no surprise.)
I was less than enthused about Chvrches cover, but I’m strangely ambivalent about synth-poppy music. I’m also super-picky and cranky about covers of “Bela Lugosi’s Dead”; the only ones I really like are by Jill Tracy, and Nouvelle Vague.Â
