You know how Cadmus created Terry after neogotham started becoming a thing and they knew Bruce would have to retire soon?
This is a What If? scenario for sure
But what if they were the reason behind Damian too? Like they inspired Thalia with their creation of Conner at the beginning of Young Justice (yes I'm mixing all the medias ever)
And what if they had made a Batman clone along with the Superman clone so they could try to make their own version of the justice league, one ran and headed by Lex since Conner was his idea.
Change the YJ story, make them find both clones and truly have them figure out what to do with the Batman clone. Whether or not he (they? we could make the clone a woman if we want) is fully clone or simply 50/50 like Conner, thats up to you. Dont OP them, but for sure we could fully integrate an older Damian or make it Cassandra or whatever, but I think adding a Batman clone into the YJ mix would be interesting, esp with how Dick is already railing against not being picked as leader and feeling unmoored and bad about his place
