I follow a couple of Muslim creators on TikTok (I’m p sure they’re both Christian raised converts/reverts) and it makes a lot of Muslim content come up on my FYP.
Which honestly is super dope cause I love learning about new religions! (especially ones I was miseducated about in my youth).
However, I *also* get a lot of content semi-pushing conversion- which is to be expected cause that’s how almost all monotheistic religions work (he said - annoyed and rolling his eyes 🙄). But I like to think I’m open minded so every so often I check in with myself like “well - is that something I’m interested in?” and there’s a MILLION reasons why Islam and monotheism don’t work for me. But the big one I keep coming back to is “I could never give up weed” 😂
