Ive read many fics and fanon interpretations of the Batfam. In many of them the family casually drugs each other. Some hidden underlying trust they all have and yada yada. Not the point. Point is they casually drug each other.
Mostly when another member needs sleep.

Headcanon:
Dick sees this pop up on his feed. He takes it and runs with it. Takes a bottle of bat branded chloroform, because yes, and rebrands it and Bat-Nap or something stupid like that. He starts using it on the others when they’ve been up too long. Bruce and Tim especially.
Bruce: *staring at the batcomputer, eyes heavy, half empty and cold coffee mug in hand.*
Dick: *sneaking up behind Bruce with a Bat-NapSack (the sacks you put over the head in the video)*
