I can, however, answer for Red Sky verse specific Atlas -
π₯ PANCAKE - what is their comfort breakfast?
Anything Nightshade makes, tbh. She's the Troupe's usual food provider and most of them like her food but he's also a giant baby when it comes to her. It's special because it's from her.
π BIRTHDAY CAKE - when is their birthday? do they like celebrating it?
Birthdays aren't something I really think of in Hallownest, but I would imagine Atlas as a summer kid (Cal can confirm/deny this later I guess). No one in the Troupe celebrates theirs but considering his past, I think he'd probably rather pretend he doesn't know any way. Bad memories are bad.
π MOON - what is your oc's greatest wish? how far are they willing to go for it?
In Red Sky, he'd say it's revenge for what happened to him. He might even believe that's the truth. It isn't, though. It's certainly high up there but that's not his only motivations.
He craves safety and family -- because he's never had either one correctly before -- and will go to any length to keep them safe. Even 'sell' his soul to a demon clown he can barely stand in order to be with them. And we just don't talk about the fact that the clown is family now, too and that he'd do anything to keep him safe as well.
