22 deregistered parties allege disobedience of court order by INEC

Twenty-two political parties that were deregistered for their inability to clinch an elective office during the 2019 general elections have accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of disobeying an August 13,2020 Court of Appeal ruling reinstating them.

The judgment was delivered by Justice M.B. Dongban-Mensem and four others.
