Cheesy saucy noodle casserole.(basically kinda was lasagna) This one was super good. I’ll get the recipe up after work.Â
So I realize work ended a long time ago. I completely forgot.Â
Anyway this is basically a bunch of generic noodles I had left over in the cupboard that I cooked (Shoot for slightly undercooked). Then I took a bunch of leftover Carmella's sauces I got from work and combined them all in a pot. Carmella's is an Italian Bistro in Appleton Wisconsin. They are really good and available through out Wisconsin, but if you want to give them a try and don't live in Wisconsin I guess they also sell them here. I used all four of their sauces for this recipe. And then you take the cooked noodles, and the combined and heated sauces and layer them with a ton of cheese into a casserole dish and bake in the oven at 350 F for about 30 minutes or until it looks done. Do what feels right. I had put mine in the fridge for a few days before cooking it so I'm not 100% sure how long it would take if you put it in the oven straight away.Â
