#basically i'm weak

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT WRITING LOVE TRIANGLES?   what about unrequited love?

i’ve dabbled in writing them !   granted,  they’ve all been triangles in which the tip of said triangle has been an npc,  so no actual third party was involved  —  which i think would make me wary if there were,  just because i don’t actually want anyone’s feelings to be hurt ?   of course there’d ideally be plotting to avoid that,  but i always wonder what would happen if the writing  &  chemistry naturally got away from the plot ?  😬  so i might have to pass on that for now  —  unless it’s a guaranteed happy ending for everyone,  or the tip of the triangle is some terrible horrible no good very bad gremlin that slightly justifies being jilted.

as for unrequited love,  i don’t think i’m opposed  —  but i’ve also never got too down ‘n dirty plotting it as much as i have things like mutual pining.   then again,  being the way that i am,  i probably realistically wouldn’t like that one so much either because i can only take so much angst before i need assurance there’s a fairytale at the end of the tunnel asdfkgjh .

 When we did cross country in P.E back in secondary school I came dead last out of the whole yeargroup.

I used to work at Toys R Us and one of my shifts each week consisted of going round with our in-store Santa giving freddos to kids. (the rest of my shifts were either spent stacking a fuckton of shelves or demonstrating how to play skylanders and disney infinity for 9 hours straight)
