     I have to bring a thoughtful discussion on my view points regarding H1-B visas. This is the practice of hiring foreign workers in stead of American Workers.

     I worked in the Computer Field from 1984 - 1999 Government and Corporate. I worked a lot of 3rd shift commonly called the grave yard shift. I can remember working in Brecksville, Ohio by myself nobody around next to the Va Hospital. I had very little communication with hardly nobody isolated and nobody around kind of like rotting in a prison. I worked on IBM machines as a Computer Operator. I learned a lot about core dumps and hex codes even though the job was a lowly position and I was working on getting my Blackbelt in the hopes of saving money and going to Japan to get a chance to fight for world titles.

    I became a Private Citizen around 2002-2003 to prevent me from suing the Government for this unfair practice. During the Late 90′s I received Certifications in Novell 5.0 and Cisco Network CCNA and CCIE. This was not good enough for the American Corporations because they stated I was not qualified. I worked on global websites learning html, dhtml, site builder marketing, promoting, and developing websites Hands on experience. The period between 1999 -2003 I worked in many manual labor jobs examples Labor Ready, SOS , Stand by (back breaking work). I protested the practice of hiring Foreign workers and it just fell on deaf ears nobody cared or listened.

     I worked on my copyrights and became very good in this craft because numbers do not lie. I do not hold a grudge against the Government or American Corporations but I must insist and demand they quit trying to interfere with my Intellectual Property, Marketing, Promoting, and Developing my own products Barrys Scientific Based Products and Barry Equality Field Equation. you seem to not recall we parted company many years ago as you wanted now your trying to play games by using different agency’s to bring my Canadian Copyrights and service marks-Apostille under U.S. Jurisdiction so that I can have my Private Property taken from me. This is not acceptable nor agreed upon. You made your choice many years ago and now I have the upper hand and you were made to look like a fool not my problem. You have to learn to live with the bad decisions made.  You can’t have it both ways sorry but sometimes you have to learn to live with it. I do not wish to argue or play politics with this.  In the second place ,my wife who is from Russia always asked me about why I did not become a Engineer because she saw my value which you did not see you were blind.  I told her because the system has always held me back since I was a child. I served in the Ohio National Guard from 1982 - 1988 12b10 combat Engineer a glorified grunt and had to lift heavy objects this was performed to get a college education unlike others I could not get financial aide because you deemed me not worthy enough eventhough I received A’s and B’s in advanced Math Classes and won the High school checkers championship and ran the 400 meters in 50-51 seconds. These outweighed the negative things you did. I learned from a Marine while serving in the military adapt, adjust, and overcome. I have done this despite years of isolation and rotting in your private dungeons you made for me.

   My youtube android the past month has been showing the 1863 Battle at Gettysburg on the 3rd Day referred to as Picketts Charge a more appropiate name is General Robert E. Lee’s blunder

    I would like to begin by stating I do not wish to take away Robert E Lee’s greatness as a commanding General because he won many battles before 1863 and changed his tactics in 1864 but by the same token he made a very bad mistake by sending in 12,000 soldiers to break the center of the Union Army.

   I was shown the diagram of the battle and I found several mistakes that he should of caught.

  The general made the troops negotiate a mile before charging the Union lines thus the troops faced canon and Union troop fire while they were attempting to break the Union line. This lesson was well understood at Culloden Moor 1746. I was surprised he did not study this battle at West Point.

   I have never liked a commonly called Close Roman Formation as he made the Units close ranks in tight formation given the fact that when the canons fired the projectiles the sharpnel would spread out. This caused more unnecessary troop losses than should have been. A better solution would be to spread troops out while they had to face canon fire for a mile. The lesson was lambs to the slaughter.

    I also noticed they would form skirmish lines in close formation while standing up to fire against Union troops who were locked and loaded waiting for them.This is and was a tactic flaw. A better solution would be to hit the ground and fire from the ground taking cover through what ever means.

   In chess and Martial Arts you always look for a point of weakness that can be exploited so I saw the diagram the on one flank he had 4 army groups and the Union had only two with General Johnstowns Group basically behind the Unions 2 army groups. This was were the point of weakness was yes, they were on a hill but sometimes patience is required to crush a flank commonly named war of nutrition. I would have used 3 of the groups and keep one in reserve to plug any gaps or weaknesses. The center would have never been attacked and use to keep the Union Army in Check or used to plug the gaps that the South had.

  I also notice Confederate Generals were up on the front lines with the troops unlike other famous Generals this shows great leadership qualities because of the ability to plan direct and control movements and tactics that are needed to produce the desired outcome with minimal losses.  I have always believed the principal of Ghengis Khan Mongolian leader who taught this lesson to his Army A leader must be up in the front to direct the troops not behind the lines far away from the battle were there is no chance of being injured or killed.. Generals obviously cannot be in the formation of the infantry Unit but at least they can be were the troops can hear the order and setting the example.

   General Robert E. Lee made a very bad mistake and a miscalculation on this day but it does not take away his victories or anything else. I did notice that in 1864 The General implemented trench warfare and spread his troops out to avoid the massive losses he had at Gettysburg changed his tactics. 

   Some people may take exception and get angry but when you come out to my youtube channel and discreetly ask for a review please remember you have to take the bad with the good when you are trying to be a great leader. You may disagree with what I say and that is fine but also remember I did not ask you so do not take it personnaly.

      I would like to talk about people who claim to be a minority and sicking their small dogs on me as a Irish White male. I will begin by providing some background information about how this practice began.

      If you were a child back in the early 70′s and in the deep South, You probably saw White people sicking their dogs on minorities. I know, I saw, but I never had a dog of my own and when I did it died of water on the brain a Chinese Pug only 1 week later. As a child I witnessed basically terriers being used to chase a minority up a tree as a example. This needed to be provided so that we have established a common practice and have a honest discussion.

       When my brother was a meter reader on the East side of Cleveland, Minorities would try to sick their Pit bulls after him this occurred over 6 times and he often complained about it and nothing was ever done ran for his dear life. This was back in the mid 80′s.

      I am currently living in Tacoma and have had small dogs Poodles, Terriers,

and other small dogs bark and growl and trying to bite me for no reason this has occurred many times and I never made a issue about it until now because my son has a disability and needed a dog it had to be a Large Dog as prescribed by the Medical Professionals. The type of Dog we got him has a friendly disposition and is a excellent choice for disabled children. The apartment I live in does not realize that when I walk the dog in the morning I can hear 3 or 4 dogs in the apartment barking and it could be heard a mile away. These dogs when on a leash and walking by like to bark stick their teeth out at me and the owners are minorities non white and non male. I am getting tired of having small dogs bark and snap at me  and ready to bite me for no reason. This is unacceptable training Dogs to attack certain people whom a minority is taught to hate a person because they are a white male. I would like to provide a little background As a Irishman (Celtic), I was never considered white and the African Americans never considered me either. My family served this country via Military Service including myself and my brother. The next time somebody that is a minority complains about how they are treated look at my families military service including having most of my uncles drafted in World War 1,2, and Korea also be thankful you have financial aide for education. I could not get this because my father served 20 years in the U.S. Navy and died under questionable circumstances and I was deemed fit for military service commonly named a backdoor draft back in the 80′s.

      The one size fits all as some people have been taught to act upon namely sicking vicious small dogs on white or black people needs to be addressed. This cannot be accepted nor tolerated sicking dogs on certain people or groups needs to be addressed beyond the local level whether black or white.The local Politicians need to review these types of practices and put a stop to this.

      Today is 01/20/2020, Happy Martin Luther King Day. I wanted to discuss financial institutions promoting, advocating, and setting up barriers to housing Discrimination.

      As some of you know or might not know, You also have faced a lot of barriers to housing discrimination. As for myself, I too have faced it in trying to get a loan for a home in a Manufactured home in a park.

      1). Some of you know that your rent is higher than buying a home so you tell the lender and it is one ear and out the other. My example I pay 1,360.00 a month the lot rent and the home with 5% down equated to < 1200. We have told this to the lenders as well and used a online mortgage calculator to show proof.

      2). Some community Parks require a score of 700 and some of you also know they like to backdate or use a old credit score example back in the early fall of 2019. My lowest credit score was 692. We are now in January of 2020 and all payments have been made despite the obstacles. I recently talked to a perspective lender and the credit score is 697 only 5 points more just enough to prevent a loan in a park 700.

3). Debt to Income ratio Here is another obstacle where sometimes they include other income such as SSI or they do not include it also if you have a relative using a TANF this should count as additional income so this basically increase your income but lenders like to over inflate debt example if you have 1,868.00 dollars a month in debt and you make over 4100 a month this is below 50% . Some lenders apparently do not have the ability to take ratios and come up with a percentage example I take my calculator and divide it come out to 45%. Some lenders quoted to my wife 80% by including a rental contract on a apartment as added debt which is very questionable.

4). When talking about debt, I notice some financial Institutions have been silently increasing the percentage rate without telling you example a credit score of 700 should equate to paying interest of 17% not 27% as some credit card companies are doing. By charging 27%, This is called a default loan interest rate despite paying the bill on time, every time, and above the minimum. This effects your ability to obtain a loan by increasing monthly debt payments and should really be scrutinized because this allows a financial institution to get a free welfare check from the Government tax write off. This allows the banks to collect double income two birds with one stone.

5). The burden is now on the banks and the credit reporting agencies along with some government agencies to allow these types of practices to continue.

6). The Government as prescribed by the U.S. constitution has a requirement to protect the General welfare of the people this was not met because I talked to the U.S. Federal Court in Tacoma. Dept of Treasury last fall, consumer federal reporting bureau, FTC and nobody did anything as expected. I would like to ask a question if everybody was placed in debt relief than would you have a debt bubble bursting ? this would amount to a epidemic. If we use English common law the normal rate of credit usage should be 6% not 27%. The banks will not pay any interest on savings, IRA’s checking in fact less than 1%. U.S. Teasury bonds are around 3% so there is no incentive there either.

 7). We need a serious banking overhaul to insure the integrity of the institution itself. When the FED pumps money into a National bank recently over 70 billion to the banks in New York that says two things and they are:

       1). Inflation rising prices 

       2). Banks in New York are in serious financial trouble.

    Since I am being spied on, I would like to call your attention to a matter that deserves Justice.

     My father served in the U.S. Navy from 1956 - 1976 and he died on 12/07/2018.

     Before my Dad Died some strange things happened, The events are listed below:

     1). I was in Russia July -August 2018 We found our suit cases inspected by the TSA locks torn off with a card in the bag.

     2).  My family returned back into the United States August 2018.

     3). I called my Father in November 2018 we talked and he explained that every month he had a cancer screening and they were unable to detect the cancer which he was being treated the past 10 plus years. I find this kind of hard to believe that this went undetected for 4 months right around July 2018. The reason is sub atomic particles can be detected past the speed of light > 186,000 so this is not very believable.

      4). The doctors recommended Chemotherapy and accelerate particle decay instead of giving a drug that blocks the cancer metastasis drug. 

      5). My Dad told my wife Irina Thank you for keeping my son alive ???

      6). On the date of his death 30 minutes before I received a phone call from Las Vegas wishing me a “Merry Christmas” this was on 12/07/2018.

      He was buried at a military grave site in Medina, Ohio. I never go the chance to view the Death Certificate or Autopsy report from Strongsville this was hidden as well ?

      1). I would like to know two things that have not gone away:

          a). The year December 1973 my Dad was sent out for 1 year. He came back home in 12/1974. I never received a very honest answer. He was stationed in North Charleston, South Carolina 1970 - 1975. My Dad came back not the same person and during the years after it has caused some issues and problems. This occurred over 40 years ago so I think it is time to know. I do have some knowledge about the skeletons in the closet but I would like the truth. There was some mention about Agent Orange in the rivers in Vietnam or was it because of being on a Nuclear sub ?

         b). The second question is  it is my belief that the insurance company did not want to pay for any more cancer treatment so they decided to cut his life short so they missed 4 months of screening and ordered chemotherapy to accelerate his death. My grandfather and his relatives lived to be in their late 80′s so this is questionable as well.

        When my wife’s Dad died at 79 years as well in Russia. My wife requested from Russian President Vladimir Putin a investigation and it was carried out and a letter arrived at the hospital requesting information about his death because they did not want to take care of Irinas dad as well under questionable circumstances as well. I think it is time for the wheels of justice to be turned.

    I received a email from USA today regarding isolating the U.S. President because of the upcoming elections. I will attempt to provide my thoughts and Input on American Politics based on various factors.

     I would like to begin by stating that I attended and went to Baptist churches for over 20 plus years and will attempt to apply Christian Principles based on Judea Christian law that was before America became a country referred to the Law of precedence 1600′s.

     I do not support extreme behavior from the Democrats or Republicans examples are the following:

1). Late Term abortions financed by the taxpayer. In Ohio back in the 80′s the only time a abortion is to be performed was out of medical emergency woman could lose her life or rape. This is the standard that was used. I do not feel it is correct for the taxpayer to fund choices that are made by the one who wants to have it done this is called freedom of choice it works both ways.

2). Immigration I do not feel it is correct for certain groups of people to come into this country and live in a 400,000.00 home, 50,000.00 car and 5,000 in cash benefits example of this is Salishan in Tacoma Washington. My wife was a immigrant from Russia and she has paid 20 years of Taxes and has not even come close to this type of lifestyle. We asked for a manufactured home in a park because we are in our 50′s and after three years we could not obtain financing for this type of home even though our credit scores were above 700, paid every bill, the home would have been less than the rent we are currently paying by 200.00 plus. We could not receive any type of Government assistance in this matter. I also do not support flooding the borders with immigrants because people like us have to flip the bill for this as well this is a unfair trade practice. I support people who are in genuine need of immigration to get out of a bad and horrible situation. 

3). I do not support the State and promoting and selecting a secular set of values that run counter to what people believe and support-God. The public schools have basically taken God out of the classroom and oppresses those who support genuine and authentic freedom of speech such as my work Intelligent Design-God based on genuine facts. The state has on numerous times have made overt attempts to suppress the church violating it’s fundamental rights to speak freely without fear of reprisal and retaliation.My feeling on this is if the state is going to support a state sponsored religion it should also be compelled to go to the U.S. Supreme court or International court to make it come into compliance with it’sobligation. I do not support Public Schools because of it’s continued harassment of people who believe in God and promote the bible.The state should not force it’s ideology on others in simple terms. A good example is the support of the LGBT community while the church does not have the same equal support in their beliefs I see this all over Tacoma and the State failed in it’s responsibility in it’s constitutional obligations.

4). Taxes I believe that rich should not get richer at peoples expenses off of the backs of peoples labor. I do not believe in taxing the rich to oblivion because this promotes laziness and it does not pay to work ideology by the same token people should not have to flip the bill for financial corporations who are taking welfare private and Public at the expense of the taxpayer money. A tax system pays for services education, housing, military.

5). During the past three years, My family has saw a increase in taxes, rent, credit card rates this was not suppose to happen but it did. Promises were made about peace and prosperity this did not occur either instead money is/was drained out of our bank account to prop up others in need banks, Government, and others.  When you make promises you have to keep them this is a ten commandment “Thou shalt not lie”.  

6). I do not support pot shops all over the town because I have asthma and this promotes unclean and unhealthy air for me as a individual to breathe. Smoking pot or regular cigarettes should be confined to limited areas not at the expense of others health. The state has failed to regulate this as well properly this includes hotels, motels, inn’s , etc..

    The country the past three years has been a overall disappointment and as such society in general has degraded to a uncivilized one. I am sorry if you feel offended but by the same token I feel the same way as you do and you have shown the world you are a mirror image of the former Soviet Union that my wife left back in the late 90′s to seek a better life that has evaded her and for myself being punished for marrying her 20 plus years of marriage. That is the truth and the facts nothing else need be said.

     I would like to begin by stating a problem and than I will give my own solution. The problem is in February 2019 I found out that many financial corporations received welfare directly from the Government mostly above one billion dollars. This was tagged as a bailout. The problem with this is in my case I have a credit score above 700 and paying default loan interest rates which is above 25%. I pay most of my bills in person and kept my receipts proof of payment also some bills I pay by certified mail. I reviewed some of my records and found the interest rate spiked up 6% without it being known sneaked it in. In September 2019, I learned that the Federal Reserve gave a handout to the financial institutions safe to say above 1/4 trillion dollars. The government in essence gave welfare out to corporations and at the same time taxes, interest rates, rent, utility bills went up. Last summer, My wife and I attempted to buy a manufactured home in a park but for many reasons they could not do this and also advertised downpayment assistance which we inquired about. The bottom line is the Manufactured home in a park would have costed us roughly 200.00 less than our current rent. I have made complaints to various Federal Agencies and asked them to appear in arbitration so that a acting judge can get some answers out of them but they will not accept or refuse to answer it. According to research I found out that the FHA does this type of loan named title 1 real property loan up to 69k. When you ask the Government about it they respond with talk to your lender and the lender responds we do not do this type of loan.

     I also completed Research and found out that we qualified for the following:

     1). A family member has a disability legal and recognized

     2). Served in the Military qualified for a VA.

     3). 1st time home buyers program

      I also would like to note that my wife is from Russia and she has paid taxes to the United States for 20 plus years it is known Russia does not have a tax treaty with the U.S. I already discussed this with the U.S. Department of Treasury civil right issues because she has never owned property in the U.S. and appears to be blacklisted like myself because I am a Private Citizen. My wife has both Russian and U.S. citizenship.

       I believe that if the government wishes to cut back on welfare should they not cut back on Corporate Welfare as well that seems fair. I do not wish to provide welfare to corporations because of their not willing to comply with the law in general and just do whatever they please also I believe the WTO world trade organization should review this as providing subsidies and promotes unfair competition between U.S. and Global banks.

      I would like to discuss facebook and twitter basically accusing every white person of being a “White Nationalist”

      These social media platforms have taken upon themselves of basically accusing or implying every white person is a “White Nationalist” and really should be regulated and supervised by a government body.

      Before we begin I would like to refer you to a few following facts:

     1). My family’s Military History

      a). World War 1 Grandfather served in American army from Missouri

      b). 4-5 Uncles served in World War two and both sides of the ocean Pacific and Atlantic one died in Combat in Leyette others served as paratroopers in against Nazi Germany.

      c). 1-2 Uncles Korean War one of my uncles was the only survivor  in his platoon wiped out

      d). My Father 1956 - 1976 U.S. Navy died of cancer do to probably being on a Nuclear Submarine possibly Vietnam 1 year gone without a truthful explanation hints of receiving training as a Navy Seal.

     e). My self 1982 - 1986 Ohio Army National Guard 12b10 Combat Engineer could not receive financial aide and was compelled to serve in the Military.

    f). My wife from Russia Relatives fought against Nazi Germany long line of service.

        I have seen movies showing Nazi memorials as late as 3 years ago in Latvia, Ukraine, and other Baltic states and the Social Media puts this on their Network while media outlets are telling White Americans of being called White Nationalist  just for being white and having a different set of view points.

       As of 03/29/2019, Some people who call themselves great leaders have shown not one ounce of gratitude or thankfulness for giving them their freedom to become rich very rich at the expense of my family and my wife’s relatives who fought against the people you claim you are against.

      To combat extreme social media “leaders and gurus” the following will be implemented:

     1). Linkedin, Twitter, facebook, Paypal will have limited access to my Private Network. They will be required to submit paperwork as a “Foreign Service Agent” -see rite of reciprocality. 

     2). The following has been banned American Bar Association no access to my Network this includes agencies back in Ohio such as Cuyahoga bar association and Streetsboro Police Department. Since I cannot have any communication with my relatives the agency who implemented these policies will also be banned rite of reciprocality. The agency will be required to go through a diplomatic consulate for communication hint U.S. embassy.

    3). When my father died on 12/07/2018, I was not allowed to attend the funeral and the lawyers in Ohio three weeks later along with the court did not act very professional so since my wife has been rejected by my family I will request when I arrive in Russia next year no communication will be accepted by my relative lawyers nor my relatives themselves. I suspect my family disowned me because my wife is from Russia. so a ban will be implemented. You may not use Social Media as a 3rd party for relatives or lawyers to communicate with me while I am here in the U.S.

    4). I will be updating these policies as they may need to be adjusted from time to time.

         In conclusion, You wanted a cold war you got one limited communications with consulate oversight.
