I treated myself to a leisurely wander around my favorite local nursery @barrelsnbranches. Fresh air, leaves and petals still wet with rain made me feel for a short time that everything was as it was. The colors, textures and smells were a beautiful distraction that felt very grounding and I brought home a few things that I knew would help get me through the next few weeks (not all pictured). Anyone that doesn’t feel this wasn’t an essential trip or purchases can suck it. It was extremely essential to my mental health and well being and it was essential to the small business I supported.
