Cajun food isn't the same without crawfish! Thanks to donations, The Barn Group Land Trust now owns 2 operating crawfish farms in Lousiana. Referred to as mudbugs, crawfish farming adds an estimated $300 million yearly to Louisiana's economy. Crawfish farms also provide habitat for hundreds of species of birds that migrate from as far north Canada.
