Not among their Hogwarts peers. They all knew they wouldn't stand a chance 🤭

But yes, there was one rival. Hector Orlov, Durmstrang student, Ancient Magic Wielder. When he met Lyra and realized she could see it, too ... He was less romantically motivated than motivated by thoughts of gaining power. But he was definitely pursuing her.

for some reason the unmodded version doesn't have her scar so i'll have to fix that (i've been playing with mods for a few months now and love how much ppl have added to the game- period accurate hair/clothing, companions, immersive classes, etc.)

i've been sketching her a lot and the backstory has just been coming to me at all times of day lol like she's been in my head nonstop

giving me permission to yap is dangerous !! (also ty for liking my posts! i've got so much i've been working on and need to upload lol)

-i think aurora's dream date would be a picnic in the highlands- or something of that sort. maybe a nice hike near the cliffs and then a sleepover in a tent (or just under the stars). she's very outdoorsy, and i think she'd prefer a date like that as opposed to a traditional one. (this would be her dream proposal spot too ngl). in a modern au, i'd say the same thing or something fun like a day at an amusement park. and obvi, her date is seb. i like to think that their first 'official' date feels like just a regular hangout cause they've been practically courting their entire friendship (like you idiots are in love everyone can tell- esp omi lmao)

-aurora would def give lots of little sentimental things, like a box filled with memories and things she tried to make. and she would act so 'over it' and nonchalant as if she didn't spend five hours putting together a personalized crossword puzzle for seb. she grew up without money, so she's used to having to pull together something for a gift rather than buying a nice one (not that she had many ppl to give presents to). i feel like she'd want the same in return- something sentimental, and not pricey, that encapsulates the idea of 'to be seen is to be loved'

-i haven't thought about a face claim, surprisingly enough! hair claim i'm thinking daenerys-esque- very white-ish blonde-ish silver-ish. for face maybe a mix of florence pugh and anya taylor-joy? (they don't look that similar lol). like she's got florence's pout and round face + anya's dark eyebrows/light hair and big eyes. she also has a prominent scar on her eye that is prob not common in actresses/famous ppl tbh

got a lot to edit and finish, but i wanna know y'all are interested in. today i'm def gonna try to doodle aurora and finish her little bio cause it's been on my to do list for months and i've just been putting it off

yup, my blog started with hogwarts mystery content. i wrote a lot of barnaby x reader fanfiction so he was my obvious user-namesake. i haven't played the game in years but i used to have oc children and stuff with him... yikes lol

okay so spoiler alert i actually haven't finished legacy yet. i've got two saves (one for me, one for my oc aurora) and i've just been dicking around and doing side quests in both cause i don't want the game to end lol. i've got one save in christmas and one in halloween it's perfect

i love all the sidequests with seb and omi, esp the crucio/scriptorium one. the interactions between the boys are so funny and the whole time seb is flirty & ominis is snarky and if it weren't for the cruciatus curse it'd be like a fun adventure in secret hogwarts rooms with buddies. one of these days i'll do a playthrough where i hit seb with the curse tho
