We’re all saddened by the death of the brave souls trapped in the mall during the fire. In the morning of dec 23, 2017, we had our 6am rehearsals at Nccc Mall Cinema 3 for our supposedly Acting workshop recital at 7pm on the said day. We were so blessed that we were able to get out in a nick of time right before everything happened. If we came out even 5 minutes late from the building, we were definitley one of those who were trapped inside. At first, we thought that the maintenance crew was fogging the mall for mosquitoes and the likes but as we exited the cinema doors, the smoke was slowly getting thick and black and the kids were already running down the stairs to get out. The smoke smelled like burnt plastic and the floors above us are already in zero visibility. We thank God for His protection and guidance for all of us - this is our second life for most of us - the kids, staff, crew and acting participants. We praise Jesus Christ for His goodness.
