divination bards predicting futures with their songs. their strummed notes decode to spell the fates of those close to the musician. being able to eavesdrop from afar to find the newest story to tell.

enchantment bards with deep arcane charm. a strum of a lute stops a mob in their tracks. a particularly witty insult changes the enemy’s mind. the act of picking up a violin guarantees the cooperation of everyone in the area.

evocation bards controlling energy with their own. destroying a building with a single shout. weaponizing joy in the form of arcane light. changing the weather based on a particularly good or bad story.

illusion bards with the greater illusion prowess needed for a good show. parlor tricks used to disguise heavier magics. weapons disguised as stylish accessories.
