happy 500 followers! for a possible prompt: sara/shane/ryan + clothes sharing? like maybe sara just likes stealing their clothes (or however you wanna approach it!)
<3 thank you for enabling me to write more of the OT3! Read it here or on AO3:
It starts on a Saturday night. Ryan arrives at Shane and Saraâs place with a six-pack of beer and a VHS heâs found of a truly terrible, but very rare, Val Lewton film. Shane meets him at the door, kisses him and takes the six-pack into the kitchen, and Ryanâs halfway into the living room before he notices that Sara is wearing his sweater.
Itâs so casual he wonders if maybe she hadnât even realised it was his: sheâs just curled up against the arm-rest, checking her phone, looking impossibly small in the grey crewneck he must have left here when they left for work together on Thursday morning.
âHi,â he croaks, and she looks up to greet him with the impish smile on her face that she usually reserves for teasing Shane. She knows, Ryan thinks. Faintly, heâs aware that that probably means heâs doomed.
âHey, Ry!â She reaches out to take his hand, her fingers only just peeking out from the sleeve, and tugs him closer. He flops onto the couch beside her, apparently unable to handle higher functions like balance right now. âHow was your day?â
Ryan makes a noise thatâs supposed to be non-committal but comes out closer to wanting, leans in and slips his arms around her waist. Under the sweater, her bare skin is spark-hot. The wanting noise turns into a groan, and he buries his face in her neck.
Sara laughs, drops a kiss to his temple. âThat good, huh?â
Ryan nips at her throat and pulls away. âShane! Your girlfriend is trying to kill me!â
Shane appears in the doorway, three beers in his hands. âShe does that sometimes,â he shrugs. âWhat is it this time?â
Ryan makes a wordless, helpless gesture. Sara looks up at Shane from Ryanâs arms: the sweater pools in her lap, almost to her mid-thighs. Sheâs wearing a black skirt and thigh-high socks. Itâs probably the cutest thing Ryanâs seen this year.
âOh. Yeah, that,â he says, crossing to sit on Ryanâs other side and handing him a beer to pass to Sara, then another for himself. âThatâs a thing.â
His face has gone studiedly blank. It reminds Ryan of when they were trying their hardest to be best platonic buds and Ryan used to try to get a rise out of him by showing off his P90X gains. Shane likes to think heâs smooth, but heâs terrible at hiding it when heâs flustered.
Ryan hands Sara her beer with a raised eyebrow. She raises one back. Smirks. Ryan thinks, oh.
On Monday, Shane is still half-asleep when he gets into the office, trailing after Sara with his eyes on his travel mug. Ryanâs already at his desk. He leans back in his chair, waits for Shane to drop into the seat next to him and look up.
When he does, Ryan gets to watch the same dumbstruck look cross his boyfriendâs face that heâd worn on Saturday night. Itâs incredibly satisfying.
So is the heat that curls in his abdomen when, just before lunch, Shane crowds him into a bathroom stall and kisses his lips red and swollen.
âYou two are gonna be the death of me,â Shane murmurs, his hands balled up in Ryanâs - his - shirt. âAnd you know Iâm going to have to retaliate.â

hi! for your Holiday Mini-Fic Extravaganza: Derek Morgan/Spencer Reid + snowball fight?
Winter Dodge Ball
Derek Morgan/Spencer ReidRating: T, Word Count: 919Fluff, Established Relationship, Snowball Fight, Winter, POV Derekâ„Read on AO3
Itâs beena long week. They had to go to Louisiana for a case that took forever to crack. At the arrest, Derek got into a scuffle with the suspect and lost his earpiece. For two minutes, nobody knew what happened to him. He was fine, was putting thecuffs on the guy just as Spencer and JJ got up to the attic, but Spencer willalways think of those two minutes as some of the worst of his life. To top itall off, their pilot announced that it was snowing back home. Spencer grew upin Nevada. Heâs not fond of cold weather, and even after years of living in DC and traveling all around the United Statesto capture criminals, heâs stillnot used to snow.
Heâsstanding at the top of steps out of the airplane. The difference in temperaturewith Louisiana is stark, and he shivers as he inspects the asphalt below him. They keep it clear of any snow or ice, but itâs darkand hard to see, and he still doesnât trustit. Black ice is dangerous for a reason.
âComeon, baby boy. Iâve got you,â Derek says, standing by the bottomstep and holding out his arm.
Spencer raises his eyebrows. He loves and trusts hisboyfriend, but the guy has a mischievous streak the size of the Pacific Ocean.
âIâm not going to drop you,â Derek says, reading Spencerâs mind. âThereâs nosnow to cushion your fall. I would never let you get hurt.â
âOkay,â Spencer nods. He carefully walksdown the steps, and grabs Derekâs armas soon as his feet tough the ground. His shoes find plenty of grip, and he probablydoesnât need the arm, but the windis cold and he cuddles a little closer. âThankyou.â
âItâs my pleasure.â
When the entire team is on the ground, Emily gets theirattention with a wave of her hand. âItâs been a long week, so debrief istomorrow morning.â she says, rubbing at theblack circles under her eyes. âGetsome sleep, enjoy the snow.â
With exhausted cheers, everyone heads for their cars.
The ride home is quiet and smooth. Derek turns the radio downlow and hums along to whatever is playing, lulling Spencer into a doze. Itfeels like no time has passed when Derek shakes him softly and says, âWeârehere.â
âYouwanna come up?â Spencer asks, then quicklyhides a yawn in his scarf.
âOfcourse I do.â
Halfway to the building, something hits Spencer in theback. He jumps in surprise and whirls around. Derek is standing by the hood ofhis car, snowball in his hand and two holes in the snow by his feet.
âWeâre grown men,â Spencer admonishes him. âWeâre not gonna haââ
Another snowball hits him in the shoulder.
âThatwas on the ground!â Spencer protests.
Derek shrugs, and takes a step to the side so he canscrape the snow off the roof of the car in front of his.
In the time it takes Derek to make a new snowball, Spencerponders what to do. He could go inside and end the snowball fight before itâs well and truly begun, or⊠Or he could put his bag in the carand give his boyfriend a taste of the snow of his own. Dodging anothersnowball, Spencer walks back to the car as fast as he dares, throws his baginside, and shuffles to the car behind Derekâs. Whenhe pops up to lob a snowball at Derek, he delights in the surprised look onDerekâs face.
âYour aimâs a little off!â Derek shouts as Spencer ducks backbehind the car. Spencerâssnowball barely grazed Derekâsshoulder.
âIf youstand still, I can practice!âSpencer tries.
Derekâs warm, answering chuckle is a lot closer than it should be, and Spencer gets hit righton the shoulder from only a few feet away.
âIâm winning,â Derek grins.
âWeâll see about that,â Spencer says, narrowing his eyes.
It doesnât takelong for them to have cleared several cars, and for Spencer to be out of breath. The previously pristine sidewalk is a mess of scrambled snow from their footprintsand broken-up snowballs. With no new snow falling, itâs getting slippery too, and Spencer is about to suggestthey go inside, when his feet slide out from under him.
âSpencer!â
Two strong hands grip his arms, but itâs no use. His boots canât find purchase on the icy ground, and he starts falling backwards. Heâs alittle disoriented when he finds the ground not as hard or as cold as he expected.A groan by his ears informs him that itâsbecause he didnât fall in the snow; he landedon Derek.
âToldyou I wouldnât let you get hurt,â Derek says, sounding a little smug.
Spencer struggles up and kneels down.
âAre youokay? Did you hit your head?â heasks. His hands hover over Derek. If heâsreally hurt he shouldnât touchhim. He should call and ambuâ
âIâm fine.â Derekholds out his hand, and Spencer helps him up. Together they brush the snow offDerekâs back and butt. âNothing a cup of cocoa and dryclothes wonât fix. And maybe a kiss.â
Spencer huffs in relief. âThen weshould probably go inside,â hesays. He plants a quick kiss to Derekâs lips.âBetter?â
âThatâs not what I fell on, honey,â Derek smirks.
Spencer blushes and smiles. Yeah, Derekâs fine. âThen we should definitelygo inside.â
SHADOWHUNTERS RAREPAIR SECRET SANTA GIFT for @banshee-cheekbonesâ
Title: Home for Hanukah
Pairing: Simon/Raphael
Rating: PG
âSimon! Simon donât you-ah!!â
Raphael shrieked and threw his hands over his face as his boyfriend threw a snowball at him. He started shouting in Spanish and reached down, grabbing some snow and smacking a laughing Simon in the face. âTake that, Lewis!â
Simon looked at Raphael in shock before he knelt down to make another snowball. âIs that a challenge?â
Raphael smiled and stuck his hand in the snow. âYes, yes it is.â
Simon yelped as another snowball hit him and he dove behind a tree to avoid another one. They continued their snowball fight, their laughters echoing, until Simonâs grandmother called them back inside.
âBoys! The sun will be going down soon, come inside and warm yourselves up before we light the menorah.â
Raphael who had tackled Simon into the snow, stood up and offered his hand out. âShall we?â
Simon took Raphaelâs hand and smirked, before tugging the man on top of him, earning a chuckle from his grandmother as he shoved a bunch of snow down the back of Raphaelâs jacket before pressing a kiss to his cheek. âOkay. Letâs go back inside. Iâve officially won.â
âFor now,â Raphael growled, standing up once more. He ran towards the house before Simon could attack him with more snow.
Elaine made the two of them change before thrusting a cup of hot chocolate in both of their hands. âGo sit on the couch and warm yourselves up before you end up sick,â she said before going back into the kitchen to finish up dinner with Rebecca.
They snuggled up together on the couch and Simon grabbed the quilt on the back, tossing it over their laps. He leaned against Raphael, giving a content sigh. âThank you.â
âFor what?â
âFor coming here tonight,â Simon replied. âI know Hanukkah isnât your thing, but-â
âIt means something to you, Simon,â Raphael said. âAnd thatâs enough of a reason for me.â He smiled at Simon before pressing a soft kiss to his cheek. âIâm more than happy to spend time with you during this time.â
Simon returned the smile and rested his head on Raphaelâs shoulder. âI still want to say thank you.â
Helen sat down in the armchair next to the couch and watched the couple fondly. Simon caught sight of her watching and blushed as he pulled away from Raphael. The old woman smiled at him. âDonât stop on my account,â she said. âYou two are very cute together.â
âIâm just glad youâre accepting of this.â
âAfter everything Iâve seen in my life, you being happy is more important than the gender or religion of the person youâre with.â
Simon smiled. âThank you, Bubbe.â
Once the menorah was lit and they ate dinner, everyone came back to the front room to eat dessert. Helen and Rebecca had made doughnuts earlier that day filled with different kinds of jam, which everyone happily ate.
âShall we open presents?â Helen asked. âSimon, will you grab the gift bags off the dresser in my room?â
Simon nodded and walked into the front room a minute later with his arms full. He carefully set them down on the coffee table. âWould you like me to hand them out?â
Helen nodded. âPlease, there are names on all of them.â
Simon picked one up and looked at the name before smiling softly and turning towards his boyfriend. âThis one is for you.â
Raphael looked at it in surprise. âMe?â
âYes you,â Helen said. âYou are dating my grandson and in my eyes that makes you a member of this family.â
Raphael hesitated for a moment before accepting the gift bag. âI didnât bring anything for anyone, I-â
âItâs quite alright, Raphael,â Helen said, a soft smile on her face. âYou didnât have to, but I wanted to get you something so I did.â
âI-I-thank you,â Raphael said before pulling out the tissue paper and taking out a book that contained several short stories involving vampires and other creatures. âOh wow. Thank you.â
âSimon told me about your fascination with vampires, so when I saw that I thought of you.â
Raphael smiled and looked up at Helen. âThank you. I really appreciate this, and for letting me spend Hanukkah with you.â
Helen returned the smile. âYouâre welcome, Raphael, and you always have a spot at the table for future holidays.â
âWell, I plan on being with Simon for a very long time, so I think I will gladly be around for more holidays.â
The family continued to open gifts, Elaine having given Simon and Raphael a combined gift of matching Star Wars mugs and hot chocolate mix to go with it.
Afterwards, Simon stood up and grabbed his and Raphaelâs gifts. âIâll go put these in our room. Be right back,â he said before pressing a kiss to Raphaelâs cheek and heading down the hall. Raphael watched him for a moment with a smile on his face before turning back around to see Helen looking at him.
The woman stood up and grabbed the wrapping paper scattered about. âRaphael? Would you help me?â
Raphael nodded and stood up, grabbing the rest of the wrapping paper before following Helen into the kitchen.
âYou really love my grandson, donât you?â
Raphael nodded. âI donât know how to explain it, but I rarely feel attraction to anyone, but SimonâŠâ He paused for a moment and smiled. âHe means alot to me.â
âI have known people like that, everyone else thought them to be broken but I thought they were just fine,â she said, laying her hands on his shoulders. âIâm glad you and Simon met. I can tell you love each other very much.â
âThank you,â he said. âCan I ask you something?â Helen nodded and Raphael opened his mouth to say something before shaking his head and looking down at the ground. âI donât know how to say it actually.â
âJust say it, Raphael.â
Raphael looked back up at her. âSimon asked me to marry him.â
âOh!â
âBut I didnât say yes.â
Helen looked at him in surprise. âWhy not?â
âI donât know. I know I want to spend as long as I can with Simon, but even as a child I never saw myself getting married.â Sighing, he turned away from Helen and leaned against the island, watching as the snow fell outside. âHe doesnât show it, but I know that not giving him an answer upset him, and I hate doing that. We had enough of a rocky start. We didnât get along at all when we first met, but now I canât picture myself without him.â
Helen stood beside him and placed a comforting hand on his back. âAnd Iâm sure he feels the same way.â
âThen I should say yes?â
âI think you should do whatever your heart tells you to do, Raphael,â Helen replied. âYouâre a good man, and regardless of if you get married or not, I think Simon will love you and be happy with you.â She smiled softly at him before giving him a hug. âAnd whatever you decide, this family will still love you.â
Raphael returned the embrace. âThank you.â
She pulled back after a moment and smiled again. âWill you grab some wine glasses and bring them out into the front room? I need to find that bottle of wine I bought.â
As it grew closer to midnight, everyone decided to retire for the night. Raphael dragged an intoxicated Simon to their shared room, Simon stumbling and giggling the whole way.
Once they reached the bedroom, Simon jumped on the bed and immediately rolled himself up like a burrito with the covers. Raphael chuckled and closed the door. âYou donât want pajamas?â
Simon shook his head before hiding it under the covers, his reply slightly muffled. âNo, I want snuggles with my boyfriend.â
âWell this boyfriend isnât going to snuggle you unless you change,â Raphael said, unbuttoning his shirt. âAnd your sister was kind enough to get us matching pajamas.â Simon unrolled himself from the covers as Raphael picked up the Stormtrooper pajamas. âThese look pretty comfy, donât they?â
Simon nodded. âThey do.â
He got off the bed and grabbed the other set of pajamas, his being Chewbacca. Once they were dressed, they got under the covers and Raphael pulled Simon close, pressing a kiss to his forehead. âIâm glad you invited me.â
âIâm glad you came.â
âSimon?â
âHm?â
âI think you deserve an answer.â
Simon opened his eyes, looking suddenly sober. âRaph, do we have to do this now?â
âI wanted to say yes.â
Simon blinked a few times, trying to process Raphaelâs words. âI-I thought you didnât want to get married.â
âI said I never pictured myself getting married,â Raphael said. âAnd Iâm still unsure of how I feel about it, but I do know that I care about you immensely, and I want to spend whatever time I can with you.â
Simon continued to stare at Raphael for a long moment before he was cupping Raphaelâs face and kissing him. âI love you.â
Raphael smiled. âI know.â
âI should go get the ring,â Simon said. âI brought it with me, I donât know why but-â
âJust go to sleep, Simon,â Raphael lauged. âYou can find it in the morning.â He wrapped his arms tighter around Simon and sighed contentedly. âYour grandmother is going to be very happy.â
âHow do you know?â
âI might have let it slip that you asked me.â
âYou did what?â
âDonât worry about it,â Raphael replied with a yawn. âI needed someone to talk to, and I didnât want to call Magnus.â
âHeâs practically your father, heâs going to be upset you didnât talk to him.â
âHeâll get over it. Now go to sleep, youâre already going to have a nasty hangover when you get up.â
âYeah, I did drink a little much tonight, didnât I?â
âNot as bad as Magnusâ New Yearâs party last year.â
Simon let out a giggle. âI barely remember that.â
âItâs okay. I still have videos.â He pressed a kiss to Simonâs cheek. âGood night, Simon.â
âNight, Raphael.â
When they came out for breakfast the next morning, Helen was the first one to spot the ring on Raphaelâs finger. She smiled and hugged them both tightly, congratulating them.
