Purpose: Find whether there is PCB on the belt conveyer

Purpose: Confirm whether the adhesive is brushed correctly and height is put in the bonding place of the IC wafer and yard which monitors PCB board

Polarity detection of the electric capacity
Purpose: Find whether the capacitive location direction is correct
Employ: Because the electric capacity has polarity, need to find it is correct that it puts the direction when it is put into PCB board that it is inserted.
PBRS1X326U rectangular grating can detect the polarity label to the side of the electric capacity. As to the D11E series sensor, will produce the outcoming signal while not detecting the polarity label.

PCB board location hole measured
Purpose: Measure the existence of PCB board location hole
Employ: Before measuring one to totally insert the good PCB board, PCB board needs precise moustache to position in a certain place. The location hole or miscellaneous alignment sign is generally used for positioning. MINI-BEAM expert type plastic optical fiber sensor cooperates and uses coaxial optic fibre and lens, the luminous spot is only 0.25mm at distance of detection of 6mm, can measure very small hole.
