My name is John MacPhee. I'm in a band. I like helping other people in bands.
I know it’s not easy being in a band. There is so much to do, and so little time to do it. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Bandcamp, Tumblr, Google+, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, songwriting, recording, marketing, touring, merchandising, vehicle maintenance, interviews, graphic design and video making, grant writing, royalty registration, taxes, finances and accounting, and much, much more. My head is spinning.
Through the years, working with my own band, Paper Lions, as well as some friends’ bands, I’ve developed ‘The Artist Portal’; a digital manager for the modern musician.
