‼️ALERT‼️ I’m surprised at how many kids don’t know how to simply jumpstop/prohop into a ball fake. Now I tell all my athletes we could do tennis ball drills, slide cones, etc etc. all those things are good. However, if we can’t master proper game footwork there’s no need to move on to those advanced drills. We don’t use tennis ball or slide cones in games anyways. Yes I understand the game simulation, but let’s master the beginners stage first. Then let’s build. Simplicity is king. Repetition is master. Let’s do BOTH!
