FFxv Theory: Bahamuth's diabolical plan.
After watching again Episode Ardyn Prologue, i have a theory about the real evil of this game.
We start from Solsheim, the lost civilization that they show in the Prologue in ruins. The humans create this civilization thanks to Ifrit's fire but the humans rebelled and create machine capable to destroying the gods. Ifrit betrayed attack the humans and the gods declared War against him. After defeating Ifrit, Bahamuth want to punish and destroy Solsheim and create the plague meeting with a malaria and destroying what remains of Solsheim and into the forgetfulness.
After the Solsheim civilation is destroyed and only few humans remains, Bahamuth has imprisoned the starcourge into Pitioss because the virus has evolved and escaped to his control.
After 250/300 years the virus escaped and the gods decided to entrust power to the Lucis Caelum Brother. Attention: Ardyn don't have the same Luna's power. Luna heal the prople from The starcourge while Ardyn strangely absorved the disaege inside him like a sponge. Bahamuth probabily said that the cause is so ne traced into the a meteorite and the King's choice Was an execuse to enter the Brothers in conflicting.
And his plan is a success. Ardyn Was imprisoned in Angelgard along with the starcourge for 2000 years. He is freed and strangely the chosen King resembles Somnus whilw the new Oracle in Aera. And Ardyn killed Luna and persecuted and tortured Noctis until He fullfiled his duty of King of Light in which he purified the world from the starscourge and transformed Bahamuth's plan into a success.
It's all Bahamuth's fault!
The origin of the starscourge
from what we know from the German version, Ardyn states that the starscourge comes from the so-called Meteorite from the Six, so it could be said that a bacterium or an alien virus is united to malaria thus creating the form of starscourge. But the truth could be another and it could come into it about Bahamuth. In Greek mythology and in the Old Testament, to which FFXV takes great inspiration for its creation, we read of Gods or God who punishes human beings for their faults. And Bahamuth may have taken this characteristic against the inhabitants of Solheim and rebelled against Ifrit and the Gods by causing the Astral War. Dead Ifrit, Bahamuth wanted to punish the civilization of Solheim and decided to take the malaria virus and make it what we call starscourge and collapsing the civilization of Solheim. But what Bahamuth had not predicted was that the starscourge would evolve, escaping its control and continuing to reap victims. It was then that Bahamuth decided to blame Ifrit, a dead man can not defend himself, calling him a traitor and hiding the truth behind the events. Bahamuth then decides to intervene to stop the starscourge and with only the power of the "True King", using the blessing of the Astral and the power of the Crystal granted to humanity by the planet itself, could destroy it. Ardyn Lucis Caelum is chosen, being a healer he notices malaria and then decides to absorb it inside him to save more people and find a cure. Then becoming another victim of wrath the Bahamuth to those who have rebelled against the gods. But we know how it will end and it will be up to Noctis to implement the Bahamuth plan.
