1. is cat hating misogyny
nooo. I mean, dogs are associated with men and cats are associated with women (for some reason?) so itās definitely interesting to see how many so vehemently dislike cats whilst that dichotomy exists, but I feel saying itās misogyny makes it deeper than it actually is (and seems to be comparing cat behaviour to womenās behaviour which I find odd). itās interesting how as soon as an animal shows affection in a way weāre not used to people shun it, though. Iāve never liked someone who said they hated cats.
13.Ā who is a better lesbian ally: straight women vs gay men
hmm⦠I feel weird saying this because Iām friends with plenty of straight women and I know presently zero gay men. but from what Iāve seen of gay guys who do care and do show up for us, it seems sincere and thereās also an understanding between us I think. liking the same sex is such a specific experience so Iām going to have to say gay men. both groups can be incredibly lesbophobic though so neither are immune to that.
is not LGBT for many reasons. Iām sure it exists, many people say they are not attracted to either sex so thatās fair. but the split attraction model is sin andĀ āromantic attractionā meaningless - romance as a concept is a social construction that varies according to culture and generation so the idea that anyone could think itās some form of biological hardwiring irt attraction is hilarious to me (sorry, needed to let that out kdjsakdja). if asexuality means no attraction to either sex then I get it⦠makes sense. you canāt be an asexual whateverromantic though.Ā
