You mentioned that there information that you canât reveal yet in the plot but is there anything that you can say but you just havenât been able to fit into the story? (Yes Iâm just asking for headcannons)
Oh my god yes. So Jacks has cursed Ann, so that whenever someone says âbeating a dead horseâ and then Ann takes force damage, she spits out money. The more damage she takes the more money, and any damage taken because of that get healed.
So basically this exists because I decide to make a kelpie character then heard the phrase âWeâll stop beating this dead horse when it stops spitting out moneyâ and immediately tried to see if I could apply it Ann
It became a game with the rest of them with whoever gets the hit, gets the money. So itâs also become a thing to slip the phrase into as many sentences as possible. But the hilarious thing is when theyâre in public (which is rare) and someone says it, itâs basically like 8 college students trying to punch one of their friends for no reason.
