I think beyond canon is misogynistic in a few ways
In the candy epilouges , kanayas and roses relationship ends healthy but when it continues in beyond canon rose cheats on her?? I just think it’s really odd and upsetting that they just decided to end literally the only valid sapphic canonic relationship in hs in BOTH timelines
I know that it dosent make a lot of sense but why would u turn the only healthy sapphic pair that ended on a good note in the epilogues and make one of them cheat on the other? And not to mention how BADLY they botched up rose They really didn’t need to make her have a kid with jade they could’ve taken another route and we ALL know that💀💀 It’s just sad because hussie was clearly already bad at writing women and not only women but sapphic pairs, and when he DOES make a sapphic pair that is actually cute and wholesome, they just take that away? For what reason? They could’ve done something Why would they need to just take them away as a pair?? What the fuck???
What makes me even more pissed about this is that they decided to make the achillian ships canon and completely IGNORE THE SAPPHIC ONES
