Quick #cyclingadventures ride report - @osborneka and I rode the @Iowa bicycle #bacoonride Beautiful day together on the Raccoon River Valley Trail. She is 6 miles from her 100 mile goal for the @greatcyclechallengeusa - she rode 30+ miles today, led the way, and had a blast doing it. I could not be more proud of her, her persevering spirit and how she embraces both challenge and adventure! It was my honor to #ridemetal with her this am! I finished up the last 45 miles before the storms rolled in. The corn dog in Jamaica and pork chop in Redfield saved the day. 75 total miles and a Saturday well spent! Everybody won today.
