There is a tasty dressing that goes with this Keto Amish Broccoli Salad. It has fresh broccoli, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and crunchy pecans. For picnics, potlucks, or any meal, this low-carb side dish is great!
Ingredients: 4 cups broccoli florets. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Diced red onion, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped pecans should all be put in a large bowl together. Mix apple cider vinegar, powdered erythritol, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Add the dressing to the broccoli and toss it around until it's well covered. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix.
