Keeping the buds plugged and my pen prepared for writing every and any worthwhile thought on paper. No one ever knows what's being shared in my journal. Oh and I did end up finding my journal thank goodness. Even better is having someone near me on the phone sharing with everyone under the sun what's going on due to "lack of presence".
