Nothing special about today. I'm a day behind on workouts because on Monday I skipped it. First time in a while I straight-up skipped out on a workout but I think I needed it. I'm hoping I'll be able to catch up at some point, but I'm not putting any pressure on myself to.

So yeah, today was just very gentle yoga. Probably the kind of stretch I'd save for a rest day normally; I felt like I could've gone for something a bit more energetic, but I didn't have time to do a second workout. Never mind.
