My “back-braking moment”
Do you ever had a "back-braking" point in your life wherein your body is the one giving you pain and injury to just halt for a bit and take things in life very slowly? Well, because I do. I think it already happened a lot of times and reading Martine De Luna's blog post about her "back-braking" moment is so entertaining yet inspiring at the same time. I have learned from her and somehow realized a lot of things. But first, let me tell you my story.
Growing up as a teenager, things get harder and harder every single year. I had to keep up with the hardships in life and be more hard working as possible. When I was in 10th grade, I am a lot more dedicated to do well in school to the point that even in weekends, I still do my schoolworks and stay late. That time, applications for senior high school are also now open that is why i had to process my applications and review for the entrance test. Things get a lot of tougher and tougher and until I had a dengue which lasted for almost 2 weeks. I think that was a braking point in my life that I have to stop first and take a rest in everything. In that 2 weeks, I just rested and regained my strength to be discharged at the hospital already. After that, I started to take things slowly and changed my routine. I also learned how to rest whenever I feel that I am tired already.
