Idk if this is just me, but I when I first started WTDSIK, I remember really disliking the character designs bc I thought they were hard to look at LOL. They've grown on me now obvi but like watching the first episode for the first time was rough🥲
Like Opera, for example (my favourite character, hehe), seeing their hair for the first time threw me WAY the hell off. Some kind of bob with bangs and a braid at the back was,,, definitely a choice. I love it now, but it took a lot of Opera screen time for me to start liking it. Although, if I had to say one thing,,, idk why this bothers me so much, but their pants being blue and their hair matching exactly with their vest bugs me so darn much... I don't think any amount of Opera moments could get me used to their colour pallete. Matter of fact, I dont think any character in WTDSIK could ever have enough screen time for me to be able to co-sign their colour pallete. Their character designs either have too many colours or not enough colours.
Although multiple characters in WTDSIK suffer from "damn near only one colour" syndrome like Bachiko, Kalego, and even Iruma, the LITERAL mc (which is why I prefer evil cycle Iruma's design over his actual design), I'd say Bars Robin has it the worst. He's just green. He's literally just green. I mean, yeah, they sprinkled in some white, but for the most part, just green. The weirdest type of green too😭 I'd be somewhat okay with this if clothes were a different shade of green, but his clothes are almost the exact same colour as his hair. Like at least with Kalego (whose main colour is purple, with hints of white, silver, and gold), his hair and clothes are fairly different shades. With Bars Robin, the only thing he's wearing that isn't basically the same colour as his hair is his belt and his shoes. It's kinda weird, but I hardly know anything about character design, so maybe this is actually a smart character design and I just dont realise it or smth lolol. Anyways, like I said, I dont really mind the character designs all that much anymore, I actually like them a lot now! The character designs paired with the intro gives the show this kinda 2000s/2010 vibe, which I love
Chapter 97: Bachiko
Bachiko's training is... unorthodox to say the least lol. It's interesting that even though Iruma is used to being treated unfairly, it's being called dumb that made him frustrated.
The look on Azz's face whenever he picks up a call from Iruma is always a joy to see. He's so adorable ❤️ Iruma is inspired by his friends' hard work, and decides to work even harder under Bachiko! We'll see their training more in the next volume!!
And with that we have the volume 11 bonuses! The chapter 97 bonus reminded me of the one where Iruma cross dressed for the first time, and Azz was able to put on the dress easily lol. Iruma, you've learned so much.
Plus some bonus illustrations. It's kinda funny that Iruma's maid name is "illuminati" lol. And I know Derkila is hot af even though I've never seen his face.

I really wanna see more of her dynamic with Bachiko now after this like why is nobody talking about this? What's the backstory? Why is she so confident she can get to them and not anyone else? What's their history together other than being rivals who beat each other black and blue for ambition (in a very very fruity way btw)?
