Baby Scare || Heya
Tagged: Heather Morris and Naya Rivera Location: Hospital, Heather's Place Time Frame: Sunday April 7th Notes: Heather experiences bad pain in her stomach and finds blood, worried something horrible has happened to the baby. Naya rushes her to the hospital and they are relieved when the doctor finds that everything will be okay.
Naya was freaking out when Heather texted her saying she was bleeding. She knew that she stressed the baby out and that she was experiencing some pain and now it clearly got worse. Naya was rushing home from the gym, breaking the speed limit and hoping she wouldn't get pulled over. She pulled into the driveway and tried not to cry as she headed into the house, trying to find Heather. "Heather? Where are you?" She asked frantically, needing to get her help immediately.
Heather was definitely more than a little scared when she went to the bathroom and saw that she was bleeding. She knew that yesterdays fiasco hadn't done her or the baby any good, but she didn't think it was enough to make her lose the baby. Oh god, was that what was happening? Was she losing the baby due to her own idiotic behavior? She tried not to freak out as that thought crossed her mind, and she clutched her stomach as she got up off the bed when she heard Naya call out her name. "I'm up here," she called out back, her voice shaky with worry.
Naya swallowed hard when she heard Heather call out, clearly nervous. She couldn't believe this was happening and the thought of Heather losing this baby absolutely destroyed her. She tried to shake the thought out of her mind as she rushed up the stairs, finding her in the bedroom and going to her side. "Everything is going to be okay," she whispered, wrapping an arm around her waist and helping her down the stairs, needing to get her to the hospital ASAP. She got her settled in the car as best she could before getting in the driver's seat, backing up and heading to the hospital as fast as she could.
Heather felt a little relief wash over her as Naya entered the bedroom. When she whispered that everything was going to be okay, Heather bit her lip. She knew that neither her or Naya knew if those words were true or not. She wrapped her arm around Naya's shoulders as she was helped down the stairs. Once she was settled in the car, she rubbed her stomach and poked it, trying to get the baby to move. "He hasn't moved for like...hours," she said nervously, swallowing the lump in her throat.
Naya bit down on her bottom lip as she rushed to the hospital, gripping the steering wheel until her knuckles turned white as Heather spoke. The tears were already welling in her eyes, hearing that they baby hasn't moved which scared her more than anything. She decided to remain quiet, not wanting to scare Heather anymore than she already was. Naya pulled into the emergency entrance of the hospital, parking in front and getting out of the car. "I need a nurse! Please!" She cried out.
Heather knew that Naya was worried when she didn't answer her, and it made Heather feel even worse. How could she be so stupid? How could she put their baby in danger? If anything had happened to him, she'd never forgive herself. And she knew that her fiancee probably wouldn't forgive her either. She tried to shake the horrible thoughts from her mind as she climbed out of the car when they pulled up at the hospital, holding onto Naya to steady herself. "Lets just go inside, I can walk, I'm okay," she said, holding her stomach as she walked towards the hospital entrance.
Naya sighed shakily and wiped her eyes as Heather got out of the car, saying she could walk. Naya just wanted to get in there anyway and she wasn't sure anyone heard her to begin with. She held onto the blonde tightly as they made their way into the entrance, going right up to the front desk. "My fiancee is pregnant and experiencing bad stomach pains. There was blood and please you just need to help her," she pleaded, tears rolling down her cheeks.
Heather followed Naya to the front desk, letting her tell the receptionist what was wrong. Heather then gave over her details, trying to remain calm for her sake and the babies. And she needed to stay strong for Naya who didn't seem to be handling things too well. When the woman told her to take a seat, she nodded and sat down, holding Naya's hand as she took deep breaths.
Naya scoffed as the woman told them to take a seat. "Take a seat? Someone needs to help her!" She cried, following Heather to the seats anyway. She really hoped it would be quick and someone could see her soon. Naya sat down next to Heather and held her hand tightly, using her other hand to rub Heather's stomach. "Come on, little boy. Move for Mama, please. I'm begging you. Just give us a sign..." She sobbed, choking on her own words while trying to breathe.
Heather wished she could calm Naya down, even though she was finding it extremely hard to stay calm herself. When Naya rubbed her stomach and began to cry, Heather rubbed her back and kissed her hair. "It's going to be okay, right? You said it was going to be okay..." She said, her voice small and childlike. She wished that she could change the events of yesterday so that she hadn't got so angry and stressed out. "I'm sorry, Naya. I'm really sorry," she cried, holding her stomach and looking down at it.
Naya cried harder when Heather asked her if it was going to be okay, not knowing the answer. She knew that's what she said but the baby wasn't moving still and she was really starting to freak out. "I hope so," she whispered shakily, her head right on top of Heather's stomach. "This is all my fault," she choked out, coming to the realization. Sean was the reason that Heather got all bent out of shape and she's the one who had to be paired with him out in public. "Don't hate me. Please don't hate me," she pleaded up at Heather. "Please don't hate me if I killed our baby," she sobbed choking on her words and hysterically crying.
Heather was a little taken aback when Naya began to get hysterical and crying that she didn't want her to hate her. "I could never hate you, baby. Never," she whispered, grabbing her face and holding it in her hands. "If anythings happened to him, it's my fault. Not yours. I'm the one who upset him and stressed him out. I'm so sorry," she whispered, tears rolling down her cheeks. "None of this is your fault," she told her. She wiped her eyes when the nurse called her name, getting up from her seat and wincing as she held out her hand for Naya to take.
Naya tried to calm down as Heather said she could never hate her. She hated how the blonde was blaming herself. Sean came to the park because of her and that's why this all started. Naya took a deep breath and wiped the tears once the nurse came, glad that Heather was finally getting some help. She held her closely as they followed the nurse into one of the rooms, sitting in the chair as Heather took a seat on the bed.
Heather sighed with relief as Naya began to calm down. The last thing she wanted was for her fiancee to have a panic attack and end up seeing the nurse herself. She lay down on the bed like the nurse instructed, explaining what had happened yesterday and her situation today. She closed her eyes and squeezed Naya's hand tightly as the nurse began pressing down on her tender stomach, feeling for the baby and where he was. "Well, he's right here," she said, gesturing to where her hands were. "We're going to need to give you a scan to check his heartbeat and make sure he isn't distressed," she explained. "Sometimes during pregnancy you lose blood due to your hormones, try not to worry too much until we've done the scan," she said, looking towards Naya with a soft smile.
Naya held onto Heather's hand and closed her eyes for a few moments, trying to keep herself together. When the nurse said she could feel the baby right there, Naya sighed in relief somewhat, glad that he was there. When she said she had to do a scan to check his heartbeat, Naya nodded and held onto Heather's hand together, just wanting to hear that sound more than anything.
Heather squeezed Naya's hand gently and ran her thumb over her knuckles. When the nurse went to fetch the machine, Heather turned her head to look at her. "It's going to be okay. The nurse doesn't seem too worried," she said with a weak smile, kissing the back of her fiancees hand. "Little boy would never leave us. He knows we need him."
Naya sighed and smiled softly at Heather, glad that everything seemed okay for now. It didn't seem like the end of the world and she knew if something was really wrong the nurse would've said so. "Yeah, he does know," she said, smiling down at Heather's stomach while still holding her hand tightly. Once they heard the heartbeat, Naya would really be able to relax.
Heather kissed the back of Naya's hand again, relieved when the nurse finally came in, wheeling the machine behind her. Heather waited nervously as she hooked everything up and plugged things in. She let her lift up her shirt to reveal her bump. She bit her lip and jumped when the nurse squirted the cold goo all over her stomach. She looked at the monitor as she switched it on, holding a breath as she put the scanner on her stomach and began searching for the baby. She smiled when she saw him, but he seemed very still. Heather was getting more and more nervous when she couldn't hear the heartbeat and the nurse kept searching for it. Eventually, after what felt like hours rather than seconds or minutes, the sound of his heartbeat finally filled her ears and she let out a relieved breath, tears that she hand't even realized were escaping her eyes rolling down her cheeks.
Naya sat there nervously as she saw the nurse coming back with the machine. Once it was all hooked up, she stared at the screen without blinking, not wanting to miss a thing. She smiled slightly when she saw him on the screen, even if he looked pretty still. Naya started getting nervous when the nurse struggled to find his heartbeat. Finally after what felt like forever, she sighed in relief when she heard the familiar noise. "Our little boy. He's okay!" She said outloud, smiling over at Heather.
Heather grinned and nodded when Naya said that he was okay. "He is! He's safe and he's okay," she sighed, looking at the screen. She suddenly felt him flip positions when the nurse pressed down where he was laying, smiling as he'd turned so that they could see his face properly. "He's okay..." She said again, never feeling so happy and relieved in her life. Their baby was okay, and that was all that mattered. Nothing else mattered anymore but him.
Naya smiled as Heather felt relaxed as well, glad that they could finally stop worrying about the baby. It scared Naya to death and made her realize a lot of things and changes that needed to be made. She smiled at the screen, seeing the baby's face and watching his little movements appear on the screen. "I'm so happy," she whispered, staring at the screen and then at Heather. "I love you so much," she said, staring into her eyes.
Heather smiled when Naya said she was happy and nodded in agreement with her. "I love you too. I can't believe he's okay. I thought something really bad had happened..." She looked at the screen again and smiled at him, noticing him waving his arm around and chuckling to herself. "Never scare us like this again, son. You almost gave us both a heart attack," she sighed. She let the nurse wipe off her stomach and then sat up on the bed, rubbing her bump gently and feeling content as she felt him kicking around again.
Naya smiled slightly and nodded. "Yeah, me too," she sighed, really scared about what could have possibly happened. She didn't know what they'd do with themselves if things got that bad. She chuckled softly and nodded in agreement. "Yeah, little boy. Just behave for a few more months until it's time to come out," she said, smiling as she leaned in closer to Heather. Once she was all cleaned up, Naya looked at her and smiled, glad their family was okay again.
Heather smiled back at Naya and thanked the nurse as she told them she'd give them a few moments whilst she put the machine back. She got down off the bed and sat down on Naya's lap, wrapping her arms around her neck. "I'm sorry I got you scared. I'm sorry that I put him in danger in the first place," she whispered sadly, pressing a kiss to her lips and closing her eyes as she rested their foreheads together.
Naya smiled and thanked the nurse as she left the room, smiling wider when Heather sat on her lap. Naya wrapped her arms around her back and stared into her eyes. "It's okay, baby. It wasn't your fault. You had every right to be angry and I...I shouldn't have let you handle it. He's my problem to deal with and I should've handled it yesterday, so I'm the one that's really sorry," she said, staring up at her shyly.
Heather looked into Naya's eyes and shook her head as she played with the hair in the nape of her neck. "I should have stayed calm. I should have just told him to leave without attacking him. But he made me really angry. I just... I was doing what I could to protect our family, but it turns out that I wasn't really protecting it properly anyways. I'm just... I'm sorry."
Naya listened as Heather spoke and started rubbing her back soothingly. "You reacted like anyone would, baby. You didn't know this would be the result. It's okay. Everything is fine and that's all that matters. As for Sean, you won't have to worry about him anymore. I'm going to take care of it. I'm not letting this happen again thanks to him and I'll make sure he fully understands, trust me," she said, pulling her in for a hug and holding her close.
Heather smiled at Naya's words and hugged her back, pressing kisses to her neck. "I just get so scared that I'm going to lose you. I worry that somebody is going to offer you a better life than I can," she admitted timidly, cuddling into Naya and burying her face in her neck so that she couldn't see her.
Naya frowned slightly when Heather said she was afraid of losing her to someone else. "Honey, that will never happen. I promise you," she whispered, pressing kisses into her hair. "They could sent me a million onesies and you're still the only one I would want," she teased, lifting her chin up so Heather would look at her. "You're the one for me, Heather Morris. No one else."
Heather giggled when Naya teased her about someone sending her onesies. She looked into Naya's eyes and nodded, leaning in to kiss her. "Just for the record, if you want one million onesies, I'll buy you them," she smiled, stroking her cheek with her thumb. "Where the nurse has come back and done the paperwork, we should go home and cuddle up. Just me, you, baby boy and our doggies."
Naya smiled widely. "I know you would, baby. That's why I love you," she smirked, kissing her gently. She smiled and nodded at the idea of just cuddling with their doggies. "That sounds good to me, princess," she whispered, holding her close as they waited for the nurse to get back.
Heather sighed softly and ran her fingers through Naya's hair, smiling at her before rubbing their noses together. When the nurse came back, Heather remained seated on her fiancees lap as she answered the appropriate questions and helped her to complete the paperwork. Once she was done, she thanked the nurse and took the scan pictures from her, not even realizing she'd taken any. She grabbed Naya's hand and smiled at the pictures as they headed out of the hospital and towards the car.
Naya smiled and held Heather close as she answered the questions to complete the paperwork. Once they were finished, she looked over Heather's shoulder at the pictures the nurse had taken. She smiled widely at their little boy, so excited that everything was okay and he was healthy again. Once Heather got up, Naya did too, holding her hand and leading her towards the car. She opened the passenger seat for her before heading into the driver's seat, pulling out of the hospital.
Heather thanked Naya as she opened the door for her, kissing her cheek before getting inside. When Naya got into the drivers side and started up the car, Heather handed one of the pictures to her. "A recent one for your purse. People need to see how much he's growing when they ask," she smiled, resting her hand on Naya's thigh palm up for if she wanted to take it.
Naya smiled as Heather handed her a picture for her purse. "Definitely. I'm going to have to stop by my Mom's house soon and show her, she'll be thrilled," she said, chuckling softly. She headed back to their house with Heather's hand in hers, resting on her thigh. She was so much more relieved now and she couldn't wait to just relax back at home. Naya pulled into the driveway and shut the car off, kissing Heather's hand before letting go to meet her on the other side.
Heather giggled when Naya said she'd have to show her mom the scan photo soon. "She'll love it. She'll probably want a copy for her refrigerator door," she teased. When they pulled up outside their house and Naya kissed her hand, she sighed softly with happiness. She grinned as Naya met her on her side, getting out of the car and wrapping her arm around her waist as they walked to the front door. She unlocked it and stepped inside, smiling when the dogs came running towards them. "Hi, girlies!"
Naya chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, probably," she smiled, taking Heather's hand as they headed to the front door. Once Heather unlocked it, she grinned when the dogs started running towards them. "Hi babies. I bet you're all hungry, huh?" She said, knowing they hadn't eaten all day. "You wanna get comfortable in bed while I feed them?" She asked, rubbing Heather's hip bone soothingly.
Heather smiled when she felt Naya rubbing her hip bone, turning her head to kiss her neck sweetly. "Sure, baby. I'll see you up there," she whispered, kissing her lips softly before smacking her butt and heading upstairs. Once she'd reached the bedroom, she stripped out of all of her clothes besides her panties before getting into bed and snuggling beneath the covers. She turned on the tv and picked a movie for them to watch before settling down and waiting for Naya to join her.
Naya smiled and giggled when Heather smacked her butt before heading upstairs. She went to the kitchen and got out the large bag of dog food, filling each of the doggy's bowls with it. She then gave them each some water and smiled as they started to eat. Naya then went into the fridge and looked around, seeing if she could bring a snack up for her and Heather. She found a bowl of fruit and grabbed some whipped cream, putting it on top before grabbing a fork. She smiled to herself as she headed up the stairs. "Come up when you're done, doggies." She smiled as she entered the room. "Hi beautiful," she said, greeting Heather.
Heather grinned at Naya when she saw her entering the bedroom. "Hey, baby," she replied. "Whatcha got there?" She asked, pulling back the covers for Naya to get into bed too. Once she did, she took the bowl of fruit from her and the fork, waiting for her to get settled. "You're cute, you know that?" She asked, dipping her finger in the cream and wiping it on Naya's nose with a giggle.
Naya smirked as Heather asked her what she had, climbing into bed and under the covers. "Just a little snack for us. Strawberries for little boy, some pineapple for us," she said, winking at her girlfriend. "I did know that. But you're cuter," she said, scrunching her nose when Heather put some whip cream on it. "Hey! Now lick it off," she said, sticking her tongue out.
Heather smirked when Naya pointed out how the pineapple was for them. She chuckled when Naya told her to lick the cream off her nose, doing as she was told before licking Naya's tongue and sealing their lips together in a whipped cream flavored kiss.
Naya smiled as Heather licked the cream off her nose, smiling and opening her mouth wider when Heather stuck her tongue inside to kiss her, Naya tasting the whipped cream and humming in satisfaction. "Mm, that's good," she mumbled, pulling away to take some on her finger and smear it on Heather's lips. "Oops," she giggled, smirking and leaning in to lick it off.
Heather nodded in agreement when she said it was good. When Naya smeared some on her lips, she smirked at her, knowing exactly what was coming next. When she licked her lips, Heather parted them and swirled her own tongue against the brunettes as she tangled the hand that wasn't holding the bowl in her hair. She kissed her as passionately as she possibly could, wanting her to know just how much she loved her and needed her.
Naya smirked as Heather slipped her tongue inside for a second time, Naya wrapped her arms around the blonde's neck. She let out a soft moan as they continued to kiss, really needing this after the afternoon they had. Pulling back hesitantly to breathe, Naya smiled and stared into her eyes. "I love you so much, baby girl. It's me and you forever," she whispered, grabbing a piece of pineapple and holding it to her mouth.
Heather smiled and rubbed their noses together. "I love you too, baby. I can't wait to spend forever with you and our little boy. I can't wait to be your wife," she whispered, pecking her lips. When Naya held a piece of pineapple up to her mouth, Heather bit into it, smirking as some juice dribbled down her chin. "I think you should help me with that," she whispered whilst chewing slowly.
Naya smiled widely as Heather said she couldn't wait to spend forever with her. She nibbled on her bottom lip gently as Heather ate the pineapple, pulling away and giggling when some juice dribbled down her chin. "I'd be happy to," she grinned, using her tongue to lick up the pineapple juice that was all over her chin. "Mm, there we go," she said, smiling widely. All of a sudden the dogs came running up the stairs and into the room, jumping on the bed. "Hey, hey! Watch my fruit!"
Heather moaned softly as Naya's tongue licked away the juice, leaning into kiss her and taste the pineapple on her tongue. She pulled away when she heard the dogs bounding through the door, laughing as they jumped on the bed which caused Naya to protect her fruit. "Mommy is very fond of her fruit, kiddies," she teased, kissing Naya's jaw sweetly.
Naya chuckled and rolled her eyes playfully as Heather spoke. "I just love my fruit!" She said, taking a strawberry and putting it in her mouth. She chuckled when Lucy got right in between them, wanting some fruit too. "Fine you little thief," she muttered, taking a small piece of pineapple and putting it in Lucy's mouth.
Heather looked down at Lucy as she shoved her way between them. She chuckled as Naya gave her a piece of pineapple, petting the top of the puppies head. "Jenny is gonna be super thankful for that," she winked, knowing Naya would find her totally disgusting. She put a grape into her mouth before laying back against the pillows and letting out a soft sigh.
Naya chuckled and scrunched her nose in disgust as Heather spoke. "Gross, babe," she said, nudging her playfully. She gave Lucy another piece before pushing her away gently. "That's enough, princess. This is for me and Auntie Hemo," she said, raising an eyebrow at the greedy puppy. She laid back against the pillows and placed the bowl right on her stomach, trying to keep it shielded from Lucy.
Heather smirked at the puppy who kept trying to get the fruit from Naya. Whens he realized she couldn't get any, she sulked and waddled away to the end of the bed to lay with the other two dogs. Heather grabbed a strawberry and popped it into her mouth, chewing slowly before swallowing. "I love you," she whispered, turning her head to look at her fiancee with an adoring smile.
Naya chuckled and shook her head. "Don't pout, Luce. Jenny doesn't go for that," she teased, watching the puppy lay down at the end of the bed. She smiled when Heather took a piece of fruit, glancing over at her. "I love you too, baby girl," she said, leaning in to kiss her cheek. "So...did you want to watch a movie or something?" She asked, noticing the TV was on.
Heather giggled when Naya told Lucy that Jenny wouldn't like her if she pouted. When Naya kissed her cheek, she moved the fruit to the bedside table and cuddled into her, resting her head on her chest. "I dunno. I don't mind. I'm happy with just cuddling and talking if you want. It's up to you, babe," she replied, pressing a kiss to her chest.
Naya smiled when Heather moved the fruit out of the way, settling on her chest. Naya wrapped her arms around her protectively and started rubbing her back gently. She shrugged as Heather spoke, not caring either way. "Doesn't matter to me, honey. We can put on a movie. Maybe the doggies will get interested," she smirked, grabbing the remote to see what was on.
Heather sighed as Naya's arms wrapped around her, snuggling into her even more. She chuckled when Naya said the dogs may be interested and nodded. After a few minutes, she looked up at the brunette. "Picked anything yet?" She asked, lifting up her shirt to kiss her all over her tummy.
Naya smiled as Heather snuggled in closer to her, still trying to find something on the TV. When Heather asked her and started kissing her tummy, she giggled and squirmed slightly. "That tickles, baby," she giggled, stroking her hair. "There's nothing good on," she sighed, leaning up to put the remote by Lucy. "Luce, pick something would ya?" She teased, chuckling when Lucy barked at her causing her to ruffle her head.
Heather smirked when Naya said it tickled and blew a raspberry on her tummy. She laughed when she put the remote by Lucy and made her bark. She watched as Lucy trod all over the remote, finally making something come onto the screen. Heather frowned when she saw that it was the Playboy channel and immediately leaned forward to grab the remote and turn the tv off. "Dirty dawg."
Naya giggled when Heather blew a raspberry on her tummy. She watched Lucy walk all over the remote, laughing loudly when it turned to the playboy channel. She picked Lucy up and settled her on her stomach. "So dirty. What's the matter, Luce? Not getting enough action? I'm telling you, you have to start making moves if you really want to compete with the chickens. You need to do something to get Jenny's love for good," she said, chuckling when Lucy nipped her nose. "Don't be a hater because I'm right."
Heather chuckled as she watched the interaction between Naya and Lucy. "Silly girls," she said, shaking her head as she pressed a kiss to each of their heads. "But mommy's right, Luce. You really gotta make a move and get all up on Jenny girl. She's gonna go for the chickens again otherwise," she shrugged, laying her head on Naya's chest and scrunching her nose up as Lucy licked it.
Naya smiled as Heather called them silly, watching Lucy make herself comfortable on her stomach and licking it gently. She started petting her and sighed happily, looking over at Heather. "Very true. I could give you some of my secret tricks, Luce. But you can't tell anyone," she said, raising an eyebrow at her and chuckling when Lucy licked her face. "You're so silly. My little princess," she giggled, holding her close.
Heather raised her eyebrow at Naya when she told Lucy she could give her some of her secret tricks. "And what are your tricks, babe?" She asked curiously, leaning in to kiss her. "Cus I definitely wanna know."
Naya chuckled softly and bit down on her bottom lip as Heather asked her what her tricks were. "I can't tell you that! It's top secret," she said, trying not to smile and give in to Heather, wanting to keep it a secret.
Heather gave Naya her best pout when said she couldn't tell her. "Pwease?" She asked, fluttering her eyelashes before pressing kisses to her face. "If you wuved me, you'd totally tell me," she said, running a finger down Naya's cleavage teasingly, trying everything to get her own way.
Naya giggled when Heather started pressing kisses to her face, using her baby voice. She was making it hard to keep it a secret. "But baaaabe," she whined, watching her run a finger down her cleavage. "If I give it away then I'll never be able to woe you again," she pouted.
Heather chuckled when Naya said she wouldn't be able to woo her if she told her. "Baby, you could tell me that I'm the sexiest motherfucker you've ever seen and that you wanna bend me over the table and fuck me, and you'd still woo me. Everything about you woos me," she said, kissing her softly. "Seriously. You're perfect."
Naya smirked and grinned widely as Heather spoke, letting out a soft chuckle. "Really?" She asked, leaning into her kiss with a big smile on her face. "You're the perfect one. I always want to think of different and unique things to make you happy because you deserve it all," she admitted, smiling up at her.
Heather nodded her head. "Really," she smiled. "You don't have to think of lots of different ways to please me, because I just... I love being with you no matter what you do. I just love everything about you. Sometimes you drive me insane, but at the end of the day, there's nobody else I'd rather come home to and wake up to every morning than you."
Naya listened as Heather spoke and smiled widely. She was so lucky to have such an amazing girl in her life. She chuckled softly when the blonde said she drove her insane sometimes, knowing that was true. "I feel the same way about you, baby. All of it. I'm just so lucky to be coming home to you every night. Even if I love my career, you keep me balanced and my family is so important. I'll always remember that."
Heather smiled softly when Naya said that she felt the same, and that Naya kept her balanced. "I think it's good that I keep you balanced, you know? Some people don't have someone that can do that for them, and the fame gets to them completely and they go crazy. I'm glad that I can kind of keep you sheltered and stop you from going fame crazy and off the rails. I'm glad I can keep you grounded and help you remember what's important. I'm really happy that I'm the person that can do that for you. I feel lucky."
Naya smiled as Heather spoke, nodding in agreement. "Yeah, exactly. That's exactly what I need and want because I don't want to be one of those people who lets the fame get to their head and then become a totally different person. I still want to be that adorable dork everyone loves and I know that you're going to make sure that happens and I'll always be grateful for that," she said, smiling at her fiancee.
Heather nodded at Naya's words. "I will always make sure of that happening. I don't want you to change because of the fame. I've seen it happen with a few of our friends, and it'd be sad if I ever lost you to fame or something so silly. You're my perfect Naya. Nothing about you needs to change. You're so amazing and beautiful the way you are, especially with your crazy little quirks," she giggled, kissing her slowly and lovingly.
Naya smiled softly and sighed as Heather spoke. It was true, the fame had changed some of their friends and it sucked. She really didn't want to be one of those and she was glad Heather wasn't going to let it happen. She herself was going to make sure it didn't either. "I love you so much," she sighed happily, smiling into her kiss and kissing her as passionately as possible. "I promise I'll always be your Naya," she whispered against her lips.
Heather smiled into the kiss and cupped one of Naya's cheeks. "I love you too, baby," she whispered. "You will be. And I'll always be your Hemo," she smiled, cuddling up to her and nuzzling her nose against her neck. "My perfect fiancee," she smiled, then looked down at her bump and the dogs. "My perfect family."
Naya smiled widely. "Good, you better be," she said, knowing she wouldn't have to worry about Heather changing at all. She pulled the blonde closer to her, smiling to herself when she felt her nuzzling her nose against her bare skin. "Our perfect family," she whispered, pressing kisses into her hair. "I love it."
Heather nodded when Naya corrected it to 'our'. "I love it too. It feels amazing," she whispered, cuddling impossibly closer and tangling their legs together. "I never want this to change. I want to spend every night like this in our bed. Just us and the things that matter most to us. And soon our little boy is going to be between us, making funny little noises and smiling at us with his big blue eyes gleaming."
Naya smiled widely and nodded. She didn't want things to change either, though she was sure they would eventually. They both knew that Naya would be on tour a lot once her album was out and they'd have sleepless nights apart, but they would definitely make up for it and cherish the time they had together. "I really can't wait for him to be in between us. It's going to be the cutest thing. Even Lucy with him," she grinned at the thought.
Heather smiled at the thought of Lucy with their tiny baby boy. "She's going to be bigger than him when he gets here," she said, looking down at the tiny puppy. "That's crazy to believe," she chuckled, rubbing her bump with a sigh. "I hope he knows how much we love him, and how much we can't wait to meet him," she whispered.
Naya chuckled while glancing over at Lucy who was licking and pawing the sheets. "I know, that's very crazy," she said, smiling at the thought. She started rubbing Heather's back gently as she spoke. "He definitely knows, baby. He knows he scared us today, too. He knows how much we love him and he's going to have two amazing mommies to help him through anything."
Heather nodded and snuggled into Naya as she felt her rubbing her back, letting out a yawn and nuzzling her nose against her skin. "I was so scared for a moment. When I saw blood, I just... I freaked so badly and I thought that we were going to lose him. It was terrifying. I didn't know what I was going to do if we did. I was just so scared about how you were going to feel more than anything else."
Naya frowned slightly as Heather spoke. "I can't imagine how scary that was for you, baby. I'm sorry I wasn't here as soon as you realized. I wish I could've been. I was scared to death too but you know I wouldn't blame you. I mean, things happen and we'd have to get through it together, not by yelling at each other or trying to put blame on someone. At least we don't have to worry about it now though," she said, smiling slightly. "Just know that we're always going to be a time, okay? We work better together, that's always been true."
Heather sighed softly when Naya said that she wished she could have been there when Heather first realized something was wrong. "It's okay. You didn't know it was going to happen. I just wish that... I don't know. I feel bad that I made him that stressed out by my idiocy," she grumbled. "I know. But we'll never have to worry about losing him. He's here forever," she smiled, patting her bump. "I know, baby. We'll always be together for sure."
Naya sighed as Heather spoke, hating that she was still beating herself up over this. It was over with now and she knew that the blonde still couldn't help but think it was her fault anyway. "I know, baby. But you were just acting like a normal person would. You didn't think it would harm the baby and it's okay. We're human, it happens. The most important thing is that he's safe now and he'll be here soon to enter the world," she smiled.
Heather chewed her lip and nodded. "I just... I don't know. I should have put him before anyone. I just guess I didn't figure that out until now," she shrugged. "But I'll never put him through that again," she vowed, rubbing all over her bump before settling her head on Naya's chest and closing her eyes. "I love listening to your heart," she whispered, listening to soft the thud in Naya's chest.
Naya listened as she spoke and bit down on her bottom lip. "I know. And you do, baby. You just can't help but put your feelings first sometimes too and that's okay," she said, rubbing her back gently. She smiled as Heather started listening to her heart. "Do you want to sleep, baby?" She asked, knowing that her heartbeat would soothe her to sleep.
Heather looked up at Naya and shrugged. "I'm a little sleepy. I think it's from all the drama of the past few days. It's kind of worn me out. Could you get naked so that I can feel you?" She asked shyly, biting down on her lower lip.
Naya nodded. "I understand that, babe. You should get some rest. It'll be good for little boy too," she said, rubbing her arm. When Heather asked her if she'll get naked, she pulled away slightly and nodded. "Of course, honey," she said, taking off all her clothes before getting back into the bed with Heather, cuddling close. "My beautiful girl," she whispered.
Heather grinned when Naya said she'd get naked. She watched her take off her clothes before smiling and cuddling back into her again. "All yours. And you're mine. We're each others," she whispered. She rested her head on Naya's chest again and tangled their legs together. Her hand trailed over her stomach, feeling her warm skin beneath her palm as she closed her eyes. "My sun and stars," she murmured softly, kissing over her heart.
Naya smiled as Heather said they were each other's. That's how it was going to be forever and she couldn't wait. Once Heather cuddled closer to her, she started scratching her back, knowing that would soothe her. "Always," she whispered, smiling softly when Heather kissed her heart. "Goodnight, my angel. I love you so much," she said, kissing her forehead gently.
Heather moaned softly as Naya scratched her back, loving how it felt. She smiled when Naya called her her angel and snuggled her face into her chest. "Goodnight, beautiful princess. I love you too. More than anything," she whispered, pressing a few kisses to her chest before relaxing and just listening to heartbeat and steady breaths. Before she knew it, she'd drifted off to sleep.
