But before you choose ‘MP3’, click on the button on the most right (circled in red)

After that a seperate window. To crop the part you want, you’ll have to use the buttons (as circled in red). Cropping may be the tricky part but after a few attempts I’m sure you’ll be able to get it right :D

Note that when you’re choosing the section to crop, it means the part that you do not need, NOT the part that you want. :) So you’ll have to crop those parts you don’t need, which will then leave only the part you want.

After that click ‘OK’ and choose ‘MP3’. (You’ll be asked where to save the file and so on.)
