Hmm, I think Bakugo gets very quiet when he's sick, so he doesn't talk much. It's one of those rare times you'll see him not biting people's heads off for showing concern for him, just because he can't think clearly and he's too tired to stir up a sentence.

He'll let you baby him without a word, only grumbling a small, "stay away, you'll get sick," when you keep touching him because he's worried you'll get sick too. He doesn't want you too close when he's sick but he doesn't want you gone either, so when he doesn't see you for a few hours, he calls your name in this rough and hoarse voice, as if he has scratches in his throat and pretends he wants water because he knows you'll linger around him.

He sleeps like a baby when he's sick and when he's awake he just watches you move around from the bed/couch as you make him something that'll help him feel better. He has this hazy look in his eyes, with his cheeks and lips so red, and his mouth open because he can't breathe through his nose.

You don't even listen to him complain. You only know he's feeling very ill when he lets out these noises that sound like painful whines in his sleep, and you know his body aches from the fever. :((

Also I think he's one of those people who flex, "yeah, I don't fall sick easily," and then falls sick the very same night lmao, and each time he's about to say it, you have to hush him, because he's right he doesn't fall sick easily, but when he does, it gets really bad. He's bed ridden for days, constantly sleeping and scaring you because you have to put your hand over his mouth to make sure he's breathing.

Hi my love!! I'm so glad you asked!! I keep switching universes with my selfships, but let me tell you about how we met in the main one.

I was a 4th-year med student who'd just begun clinical rotations, and Katsuki had already opened his own agency. On that particular day, I was shadowing a doctor in the emergency department when all of a sudden we had a surge of injured heroes being wheeled in, and one of them was Katsuki.

His arm was very clearly broken, with a few minor injuries on his face. He stayed calm when the doctor introduced herself, but screamed at me when he found out I was a med student using him as an opportunity to learn, protesting even more when he found out I was the one fixing his face and cutting his sleeve open, because why the hell would he want an inexperienced student around him?

He was my first ER patient, and I was GLAD to have him gone. BUT! I ran into him again a few weeks later in a grocery store, not expecting him to recognise me. But he did, and from there on we kept bumping into each other every few days until we were finally comfortable enough to plan a hangout somewhere that wasn't the grocery store.
