Azusa has been thinking for weeks about a certain someone, Tsukinami Shin. Every time he got a glimpse of him, he could feel his death heart beat, no one has ever made him feel this way, it was a weird feeling. He asked Kou for advice, who guided him in the path of love, to know what he was feeling and what he had to do to get a lover.

Azusa proposed a love letter but Kou disapproved it, if Shin is a popular guy for sure he would be sick of love letters and will throw it away without giving it a try, so Azusa went for a direct confession he wanted to practice what he will say but Kou mentioned that he just has to say what he has in mind! If its a long speech he’s not gonna get anything, just a few sweet words and the typical phrases of “I like you” “would you date me?” And ta-da! A lover!

The day came Azusa was excited about it, but he never thought about the idea of rejection. He was searching Shin for the hallways until he found him, Shin’s reaction over the youngest Mukami was a sound of annoyance sound. “This is the moment…” Azusa said to himself as he started to give his small love speech to Shin, who looked indifferent and interrupted “Get straight to the point” Azusa cleared his throat and said “I like you…Tsukinami Shin” Shin’s eyes were open wide, he never expected a confession from a boy much less from a not-pure blood vampire.

He was waiting for Azusa to say something like “it’s a joke!” But Azusa looked death serious about it, Shin sighted and answered to the boy’s confession “I don’t like you, neither I like boys” Azusa stared at him trying to understand what the strawberry blonde has said, he has never thought about a rejection. Shin started to walk away but was stopped by Azusa “Wait…You can’t leave…” Shin pushed him aside “Of course I can! I already rejected you there’s nothing more to talk about! Go away you freak” Shin left and Azusa was in the floor with the sight of the boy he loved walking away, bringing back memories of his past. “Ne Justin…what should we…do? We…got rejected.” He said while patting one of his scars and getting up to go to his next class.

When he arrived to his house he went straight to his room remembering what happened earlier. As a tribute for Shin he did a new scar just for him, exactly where Shin pushed him earlier. At least he would have something that reminds him, something as painful like his words.
