Water Through the Mountain Forest
A quiet stream flows through moss-covered rocks deep in a mountain forest in Japan.
What drew me to this place was the balance between movement and stillness.
The water continues through the stones, while the forest around it feels almost completely still. Moss covers the rocks, old paths remain beside the stream, and the light changes softly through the trees.
I wanted to preserve that atmosphere rather than photograph the landscape simply as a destination.
A small, quiet part of Japan shaped by water, stone, forest, and time.
