Hi, sorry to bother you, but I want to ask you something >.< I got a wacom drawing tablet recently! [Remember that message I sent you awhile back!? :D] I love using it, but all I'm capable of doing is sketching rn [getting clean edges is so hard because no matter what, I end up sketching haha]. Anyways, I want to try coloring, do you have any suggestions? Just a few things you recc? I'm using SAI. Do you recc the airbrush to color hair? Or clothes? gah I'm really sorry!
i wouldn't reccommend the airbrush for major shading! using it for shading removes a lot of contrast which can be super important, like so--
yucky!
instead i use the brush tool! it's much nicer and can be really fun for blending. if you shade directly onto the base colour without switching to a layer ontop, you can produce really nice hard & soft results depending on how much pressure you use when you draw.
see!
much better.
after blending and adding other colours/highlights, things can start looking really swell!
nice!

Same! even though I swim very well, I still am so terrified that it will happen. I’m short too so it wouldn’t be hard for waves to cause me to drown tbh
I can swim and I am my own flotation device, but I hardly ever do it (I think it's been over 6 years lmao) but it really only makes me feel anxious when I'm doing it in video games??
like I just remember playing mario 64 and getting really really nervous during water levels and would constantly have to go back up above water
