- a perfect boy
- ugh his learning to read storyline like yes get that education bb!!
- the whole grifters thing! like no sweetie it's not your fault
- misspelling anne on her christmas card, but it's okay bc he is learning and it was so sweet of him to make
Bash and Gilbert
- an iconic friendship
- Sebastian not pulling any punches when talking about racism to Gilbert
- FAMILY!!!! i cried
Aunt Josephine with the Kids
- adopting Cole!! knowing right away that they were the same!! understanding him when nobody else did!!
- you already know how i feel about Jerry, and this is technically season 1, but... paying his wages like an Actual Angel
- she genuinely sees Anne and is always there to support her, what a queen
- Diana! idk if they're going to do something w her (but the way she talks about Anne like okay we all know it even if she doesn't) i'm so glad she overcame the bigotry she'd been taught
Anyway.. there best be a season 3 bc I never make these kind of posts. But this show is just so good! And all the characters are too (other than Nate of course he can rot). And of course there were so many other good things about this season (like Marilla and Matthew being parents of the year). But I just had to rant about these for a minute
