aaaaaaaaaah ok actually no.... this fic just kind of came out of fucking nowhere and attacked me like i DIDN’T ASK FOR THIS but all of a sudden i was just writing and i couldn’t stop..... there are a few things which i changed like it was going to take longer for them to start making out (but i am impatient and awful) and originally dex was going to be outed to nursey by someone he knew from his past... but that idea ended up squicking me out too much and i wanted dex to be more in control of his narrative and i’m really happy that i had dex come out to nursey himself :) also shitty was going to show up out of nowhere and drop some wisdom but sadly that never happened.....

lol a lot of writers get betas to look over their work for that stuff. americans who write hp or sherlock stuff get “brit picks” and vice versa. :)))
Damn, see that makes a lot of sense, I always forget betas are a thing. Where do you even find a beta though? I’m pretty new to this whole process, so I’m not really sure how a lot of it works, and I’m usually terrible at reaching out to people on my own., because ~anxiety~
