I cannot express how long I have been fighting with this chapter. I rewrote it like, 3 times because I didn't like where it was going. Normally I don't fight my fics because it'll end up sounding weird or forced even- but this is the last chapter (epilogue on the way) and no way in heck am I about to just let it come off sounding as dull and flat as it was before.
Anyway! We're standing on the end of this long ass fic, at the end of this long ass series! It took way too long to write this part- and I refuse to ever write a chaptered fic that's this long ever again, only because it's hard to keep up with when my brain goes hot and cold. I might actually do ficlets of their post series adventures but who knows? We'll see where things go.
Also sorry for the slow updates. Long story short I ended up being a clutz and physically injured my right hand so yeah (itβs always the right hand like damn). Iβll start working on another part of the big cat series because Iβm really excited about the next part and follow that up with the last piece for this series. Thanks for sticking around!
