19. what're you excited about for next year?
i highly doubt i'll have the money but i'd really really love to go visit my relatives in mexico if i can. more realistically i have finally taught myself to sleep well and consistently, so i am looking forward to having a lot of energy in 2026. i have made a promise to myself as part of a solstice spell that i would learn to yodel, looking forward to that
20. what's something you learned this year?
apparently trees can sense light through their buds, so they can kinda see i guess?! blew my mind
25. did you create any characters this year? describe one
i am SO glad you asked, i have a new pathfinder character named avudim. he's this catty little gay elf from an underground city. he used to be a ceremonial dancer in the snake god temple but fled aboveground after a very bad relationship with another dancer, so now he's a sex worker and cat burglar in a seaside town. he makes all of his own clothes, often out of scraps of junk he finds, and he can talk to bats. currently in the pathfinder campaign he and the rest of the party are investigating a haunted lighthouse.
