Pardon My French

I’m always kind of disappointed when I see or hear someone state their opinion and the word “WE” is attached to it instead of “ME” or “I”. No one should ever surrender their individualism; it’s the only thing that makes each of us unique. Once you begin to solely think the way the group does, you become comfortable there. You stop using your own mind, you forget your own morals and ethics and you just basically become a zombie for lack of a better term. Next time you catch yourself saying “do we like this?” or “what do we feel about that?”, drop the “WE” and use “I” instead. You may even find that this is your first time in a while having an opinion that wasn’t influenced by anyone outside of you. It’s liberating.

We live in a world that’s constantly trying to put us in one box or another. There are so many things set up to make us choose a certain box and then climb and stay in it forever. When you realize you’re in one of those boxes and you try to break out, every attempt is made to keep you in it—usually through guilt, force, ridicule, bullying or something along those lines. I’m here to tell you that you’re as free as you want to be to be who you truly are. You have the free will to do whatever it takes to find what works for you. It’s not your job to live up to anyone else’s standards or “rules”; trying to do so is typically the fastest path to unhappiness and misery.

A shackle draped in gold is still a shackle. Don’t sign yourself up to be confined and restricted regardless of what the reward is. There are far greater rewards that await those who dare to be free and live how they were destined to live and not how they’ve been boxed in to live.

so I assume everyone has heard that the big bad boogie man is dead, I find it particularlly embarrassing that Obama stated on national television that this is the single most great accomplishment in ten years of war. honestly?! really?! hundreds of brothers and sons and daughters and sisters and fathers and mothers died and for what? so we could blame this pointless war on a single man?

personally I feel that osama has been dead for quite some time and they waited to release the information untill america needed a "pick me up"

no one should be relieved by this information the war isnt over, we havent got our oil yet. this was never about keeping peace this was never about trying to protect the people living there; it was about gaining more assets to save our sorry ass from paying up to ten dollars a gallon for gas.

the general public of america is ignorant if they think what is exposed to us in the news isnt carefully chosen and worded the way that the governtment wants us to percieve things.

why must the great US of A feel the need to fix everyone elses messed up shit when we cant even take care of ourselves. among the many issues our country is going through we owe many countries trillions of dollars.. not millions not billions but trillions! our dollar will soon mean nothing and its not like we can just declare bankrupcy.

get ready people the end of the world as we know it is coming. your cushy lifestyle WILL dissapear.
