Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons almond butter. 2 tablespoons erythritol or preferred keto sweetener. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon hemp seeds. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a blender, combine avocado, cocoa powder, coconut milk, almond butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Stir in chia seeds and hemp seeds.
