[A figure simply walks into the room through a nearby wall like a ghost. Or at least that's the closest phrasing to describe what no-clipping looks like in real life.]
"Oh wow, the place has a lower level to it. Man, should've expected that. Alright. Cool, cool."
[They seem to be mostly talking to themselves. The fractal marks that cover their hands and neck writhe as they put their hands on their hips. Its then that they see there's someone else in the room.]
"Oh. Uh. Well. Hm. This is awkward. Ignore me then."
[They u-turn right back around. Before they walk straight back through the wall, they pause and turn back again.]
"Actually, screw this. Do you have stairs or something? I'm tired. Just walked here from Washington. ...There's probably a joke I could make about that, but eh."

Avis stares for a long moment. He shakes his head and rubs his eyes. He has certainly been awake for far too long and his mind is just playing tricks on him. Sure, he works in a place about weird shit but someone with video-game physics is just one step too far from just “weird”. He locks his computer and stands from his desk, making his way toward the person.
Uh,- right! Yeah we’ve got stairs! Follow me— what do you mean by “from Washington”? Are you alright- do you need water? Oh- and where exactly are you trying to go? The archives?
