#average twitter experience

Context: A video popped up on my Twitter feed and it was a guy arguing about how AI art should count and claimed people with disabilities and no artistic talent should use it, which people with actual disabilities have disproved his claim. Some shown their art from [insert year(s) ago] and compared it to their current artstyle that has improved overtime.

I decided to add my two cents in because I can. I talked about how I'm not half as good as the ones I looked up to, but I don't use that an excuse to use AI cover up for it because it just won't compare to the real thing. I even shown how I improved my art as an example and some random AI "artist" tried to tell me that I'm talentless, which is rich coming from someone that's too weak to pick up a pencil and scribble on a piece of paper.

I can tell they were trying to hurt my feelings, but they talked a lot of big game for someone who defends a robot that steals stuff from real artists. I say real artists because using AI art doesn't make you an artist and that's facts.

I swear, people defending AI art have no braincells. Like imagine saying I have no talent and will never make it, but you can't even draw for yourself. Just say you're a jealous sore loser who's too lazy to make up for his lack of skill and will take it out on anyone who has shown to be better at it than you. Talk about insecure.

This proves that I'm much better at it than Guac is. I'm not shaken, I just find it ironic and funny. Like at this point, I genuinely believe he's ragebaiting and is just tugging my tail while pretending to be serious. Even so, I still find his stupidity hilarious.

For anyone who uses AI for art in general, typing in a few words into a prompt doesn't count as a skill. Skill is not handed to people on a fancy silver platter. Good artists take years upon years of practice to get where they are now and for you to use AI is a slap to their face because AI art is dishonest work aka plagiarism. It's just as bad as tracing art.

Real art requires time, patience, and a whole lot of practice. If that's too much for you, the problem is with you. You're at fault for not making an attempt to improvise.
