A Tumblr Storm
~AvengeWhoLock Actors x OC~
AN - I'm really sorry about this, followers, but the idea just wouldn't leave my head and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. This is my first fanfiction online so, yeah. All my mistakes are mine and I'm sorry if I donât do well with their personalities. If you have any criticisms or suggestions be sure to tell me. Only the plot and Bryony (pronounced Bri- oh- knee) belong to me. Let this awful story begin! (Also I'm from Northern Ireland so Iâll probably be using phrases and spellings from here)

Prologue
-----
Bryony groaned as the rain pummelled down on her head. Her Avenger hoodie did little to shelter her from it. The hoodie and the âSHERLOCKEDâ t-shirt were soaked through. The space themed backpack on her back- the one that was littered with Supernatural, Sherlock, Doctor Who, Loki and Avenger badges and buttons- was becoming slowly heavier as she walked back to the small flat she lived in. It was soaking up the rain and she could only hope her notebooks and laptop were not ruined by the awful Irish weather. Her light brown hair hung in limp tendrils around and across her face and water dripped down from her hood into her startling green eyes.
The storm had been looming all day and now that night had fallen, the heavens opened, up-ending a ridiculous amount of water on the city. She quickly dashed across the road in the semi-darkness, the street lights flickering as lightening streaked across the dark clouds. She began squinting at the sky blinking to keep the rain out of her eyes before frowning.
The lightening that crossed the sky was not the usual blinding white, but with every bolt the colour changed, shifting through the colour spectrum. It reminded her of a night club light show. She stared wide-eyed and open mouthed as the lightening began to strike the ground around her. She backed away from them into a electricity pole and closer her eyes, terrified and shaking. A brilliant purple lightening bolt stuck the top of the pole and travelled down, sending sparks flying out from the pole. Excess electricity travelled through Bryonyâs laptop, sparking a huge bright blue light to explode from her bag. Her eyes snapped open and with a scream, she fell back into sudden nothingness.

Four men sat around, talking quietly and chuckling amongst themselves. The shortest of them, one of two blonde heads between the two darker-haired men, wore a black leather jacket over a purple plaid shirt and was laughing at something the tallest had said, whilst the other was faking offence before responding, the second blonde shaking his head and grinning.
âThomas William Hiddleston, how dare you insult my style like that.â
âEh heh heh, come on, Ben. You know you love me really.â Martin snorted into his drink, choking on it slightly.
âNope, no I really donât.â Benedict answered, moving away from Tom, who pouted at his friend, but quickly began to grin again.
âAlright, you two, thatâs enough.â He  turned to the tallest of the three. âTom, Chris donât you guys have to meet Mark and Rob to head up to that convention in Edinburgh?â Tom stretched and checked his watch, before sighing and teh the blonde American nodded. Benedict frowned at them.
âWeâll be taking the train up in the morning.â Tom answered him. Martin nodded and coughed gently.
âI can give you two a lift back to the hotel and Ben, a lift to your place, alright?â They nodded
âThanks Martin.â Chris said smiling. He nodded back, grinning at them.
Sitting in the back of Martinâs car, Tom watched the drops flow down the window and looked past it at the sky. He watched the lightening dance across the sky and his brows furrowed as he watched it change colours. Before he could open his mouth to draw the others attention to this, an emerald green bolt struck the ground in front of them. Martin swerved, the car skidding to a halt. A gold, glowing orb floated above the ground, only a little in front of the car. They stared at it, but as they got out of the car to investigate, it imploded into an array of colours, sucking them in.

âI'm just saying Matt, this would look way better if it weren't obscured by an umbrella. And trees.â Karen spoke to her friend in her Scottish lilt. The ex-Doctor scoffed at her as he walked her back through the park to the hotel from the Q&A and convention. âHave you even looked at the sky?â
âNo, because Iâd rather not get wet.â
âBut the lightening looks like something out of the show.â She had stopped walking alongside him.
âWhat?!â He turned to her. She nodded at the sky, which was dark and cloudy instead of clear as was the norm in America at this time of year. Coloured bolts flared and spread across those dark clouds. They began to strike the ground and trees around the two. Matt lowered his umbrella and walked quickly back to Karen, but was interrupted as an electric blue bolt struck the small amount of ground between them.
A womanâs scream was heard before the park once again fell silent.
